Renovation chaos
Hotel being renovated, building materials everywhere, noisy, staff inexperienced,disorganized, rooms tidy but not clean. Maybe better in one year.minimal dining room.

Very friendly staff, awesome massage!
I had to stay in the hotel all day as it was Silence Day and the staff was super helpful and attentive to my needs. Meals were affordable and tasty and there was also a massage discount for hotel guests. Room was spacious and clean - will stay here again for my next business trip.

I had booked the hotel mainly for its Wi-Fi an shuttle service to an from the airport nearby! After calling an speaking with the hotel..they did not send a shuttle to the airport for me. An they told me that they do not do that, l also had no Wi-Fi and breakfast that was included with the cost. The room an entire facility was very vacant..hatdly a body there an not clean by any standard. The pictures were lovely, but what you clearly see in the pictures on your site an what the hotel offers are not what you get. I am extremely dissapointed , And feel this hotel is falsely advertised on your site!

Served a purpose
Needed a hotel room for a few hours, so booked a cheap on here. We weren't after 5star but we were expecting more than what we got. Depends on your budget on how you would rate this place. We wouldn't recommend.

Great stay for great price
I had a beautiful experience with my friend. Clean room, air con, 2 bottles of water a day, new towels and linen daily, fridge, TV, breakfast daily, swimming pool, free bicycle, hotel spa above, staff available 24 hours a day and beautiful surroundings.

Nice staff.
That's pretty much the only positive of our whole experience here. We arrived and were shown to our room. Not impressed. Nearly smashed our heads on a really low hanging slab of concrete over the stairs (I'm only 5ft4"). Got to the room and was disappointed from the first step in. The air con barely works, turns off every 5-10 mins and the bedding was stained and not somewhere where we wanted to sleep. We then walked into the ensuite. Not impressed. Soap scum everywhere, mould, hair in the drains, toilet doesn't flush very well and there is no ventilation. We walked from the hotel to the nearest supermarket (Hardys) and bought cleaning supplies. We then scrubbed the bathroom ourselves. Could not stand it. So when family came to visit we decided to find accommodation where they were staying (it was beautiful AND around the same price!). When we checked out the next morning they did try to offer us an upgrade but we just couldn't force ourselves to stay there. The pool facilities are also pretty average. I hope YOU have a better experience then we did.

for the price it is good, add on type of hotel, the pool is small but refreshing and we used it multi times during the day, the staff are helpful, fun, some are even a little cheeky which is fun, with the main entrance is of the bypass road in which is busy, and there is a back entrance to a local market / day and night and a bank atm with in seconds walk and a local circle k store around the corner for smokes/beer/chips/convenience type store. bed was comfy and room kept clean, a little out dated but we were not there to stay in the room and were out and about. also there is a spa above the premise which is a traditional massage for 1 hour at a guest rate is 8 dollars au approx. 80,000 idr which I attended every day.so it is a thumbs up for me

Great locationbook
Booked and paid for deluxe room but deluxe rooms were full so put usin gloomy standard room for first night. Not happy as we already paid and no refund. I told manager I was not happy and he agreed to give us complimentary massage at their spa. Staff are fabulous. Very close to beach and sports bar. Night market next door.

Don't expect the Hilton for a Budget price!
This is not an expensive hotel so please don't expect it to be super modern and up to date - It's not. But the room was cleaned / towels changed daily and the bed / pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was not modern but it was clean and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. I've had a LOT worse in my travels! The staff were very friendly / helpful and there was lots of them. There was always someone around to help with anything you wanted and always happy to advise on places to go, how much it should cost and tips and tricks to make your stay better. The pool was spotless and very private. Most of the time I had it pretty much to myself! Some part of it was always shaded from the sun which was a huge bonus. But the water was still warm and inviting. The rear gate of the hotel takes you to within about 20 steps of the night market. Delicious local food at local prices. My dinner usually cost less than 3000rp (10,000 = $1). The free bicycles were a boon. I rode all around Sanur - the traffic can be chaos but you have to expect that. The spa above the hotel is to die for. Again, not the super modern super slick places that you would find in Australia, but it's Bali, not Australia. The massages / treatments were brilliant. Best I found and very reasonably priced. Again the spa staff were wonderful. Would I go back? Yes. Please remember that if you want slick, super modern and super fancy you need to pay a lot more than this!

Cheap hotel between places
Cheap hotel, rooms could have been cleaner specifically bathroom. We stayed with friends with room each, ours had used toilet paper in the rubbish bin in the bathroom, smelt like sewage. Friends room didn't have working aircon, however staff moved them to nicer room. All in all you get what you pay for.

Good value for the price! Clean, comfortable & even a lovely pool to swim & relax by. Price includes a nice breakfast, so as long as you don't expect luxury, this is really great!!!

Vi bookede et standart-værelse, og blev mødt af alt andet end vi forventede.. Der var beskidt og ulækkert over det hele! Håndvasken virkede ikke, der var blod på det ene pudebetræk, der manglede en pærer i lampen, sengen var generelt MEGET beskidt og der lugtede..

De badkamer heeft nog nooit een natte lap gezien, de WC was te smerig om op te zitten. De douchekop werkte niet, dus door de knieën met de slang om je haar te wassen. Geen bedlampjes, dus nadat het grote licht uit is, moet je op de tast naar het bed. Het ergste: hierheen overgeboekt, omdat het andere hotel dicht is vanwege renovatie: ZE ZITTEN ZELF MIDDEN IN EEN RENOVATIE. Je hoort de hele dag drilboren, boormachines en puin dat van de eerste verdieping af aar beneden wordt gestort. We hebben het hier 4 dagen uitgehouden en toen hebben we een ander hotel gezocht. Bij de receptie stond het personeel alleen dom naar ons te kijken toen we uitlegden waarom we de sleutel in kwamen leveren. Geen excuus, niets.

インドネシアらしさが感じられる、いいホテルです
まず日本のビジネスホテルのような設備や清潔さを期待すると、落胆してしまうと思います。 ここには質素というか、素朴な感じで、十分な清潔さ、快適さがあります。 たとえば水回り（洗面台、シャワー室）には設備の古さやさびがありますが、インドネシアの人たちの中では、ハネムーンで利用するレベルだそうです。（他島から来た宿泊者から聞きました）　バックパッカーとしてアジアを回った私には、十分以上にきれいで清潔です。 建物はバリの歴史と文化を感じさせるような作りで、かつきれいなプールもついていて、プールサイドではコンパクトながらもリゾート施設の雰囲気が楽しめます。 ルームサービスも丁寧で誠実です。スタッフもみんながみんなにこやかで明るいです。 8割がたのスタッフとは英語が通じます。なかには片言の日本語が話せる人もいます。 2017年10月に5泊利用した際、「Expediaで予約しました」といって予約番号を伝えるも、予約はないと言われました。。。でも、印刷したメールを見せて「確かにExpediaで予約しました」と伝えると、ふつうに部屋を用意してくれました。（空きが十分だったので問題なかったのかも） 17歳の娘は今回が初めてのアジア旅行でしたが、「物質的には日本みたいな豊かさではないけど、生きている充実感はこちらのほうがずっと強く感じられる」と感想を話していました。 そういう意味でも、とてもいいホテルでした。また泊まりに行きたいです。 あと、エステ（バリのマッサージ）では日本からも研修に人が来るようで、室内で本格的なものが楽しめます。通常3000円／時間ほどの料金が、宿泊者だと1000円／時間になるのも、とってもお得です。 （町中のエステでも800円／時間ほどでできますが、Abian Sramaのほうが建物が本格的です） 夕方は蚊がでてくるので、近所のコンビニで殺虫剤（シュッと一ふきで12時間のやつ。約300円）を利用して、毎晩快適に過ごしました。 ついでに電源アダプターも近所のコンビニで約300円で買いました。

お湯は出ない水はけ悪い、冷蔵庫は有ってもコンセントに届かない、 エアコンのリモコンは裏蓋が取れてなくなって操作するのにコツが要る、 鍵はタグがなく、ティッシュの様な紙を穴に通して手書き、コンセントは ガタガタ、バックパッカーだったので大抵の安宿に慣れているがこれだったらその安い値段の半額じゃないと。まぁ、たまたま自分の部屋だけだと思いたい

マッサージが同じ経営で部屋が多く外来が多い，宿泊者は外来の50%の金額で受けられ　質とコスパが良い。クラクラバス停が至近でかつ食事をするところの種類が多く近い。 建物設備は古いが雰囲気が良い。 クリーニングが安く速い。セキュリティボックスは部屋にないので貴重品はフロント， 部屋では大きめのカバンに鍵をかけるのが良い。

Run in the other direction
The first thing they told me when I checked in was that I could not cange rooms since I booked with a special price through hotels.com, I quickly got why. It was the dirtiest room I have ever been at, by far! There was spider webs in all corners (which actually helped against some of the mosquitoes) and a lot of dirt. The mirror in the bathroom had toothpaste stains on it, the toilet looked like it had never been kleaned, there was lipsticks on the bed cover, dead flies in the bathtub and the list goes on. The internet did not work in the room, they air con was stuck at 18 degrees. I would recommend hotels to remove this hotel from their offerings! Absolutely dreadful!

立地は良く便利だけれど、設備が古く、掃除も上手くなく、清潔感に欠ける。 デラックスダブルを予約していったにもかかわらず、部屋が空いてなく同じ料金でスタンダードの狭い部屋に入れられた。 フロントスタッフはしっかりしていて お願いしたことはきちんとやってくれたのが救い。

Questo è stato il secondo anno, però è peggiorato
Ci siamo stati l'anno scorso e non era male, pulizie e cambi regolari, quest'anno bisognava chiedere per favore per il cambio delle lenzuola, in 20 giorni un cambio perché richiesto, in più mancavano le tende della doccia, asciugamani orribili, a volte macchiati e non parliamo della pulizia generale....

サヌール町中のホテル
今回一週間ほど宿泊させていただきましたが、落ち着いたところで特に問題なく過ごせました。 毎日、水ボトル2本ついていて、朝食も選べますし、スタッフも親切です。 　ビーチまでは歩いて5分ほどで行けますし、市場やレストラン、コンビニも近くにあり、不自由することはありません。 　食事は近くのビーチ沿いのレストランで食事をとったり、ワルンで食事したり、寿司屋やステーキハウスなどいろいろ選べますし、何よりもスーパーなどで買って作るよりも安いところがいいですね。 ビラなど高級リゾート気分を味わいたい方は別ですが、普通のビジネスホテルと割り切れば問題ないと思います。家族づれも多いですし、マッサージ店併設のため、格安でマッサージも受けられます。 また、日本人研修用の施設としても使われているようで、安心して滞在できます＾＾

Bien situé, proche de la plage sans être mélangé au flot de bars de la plage. Bon service, chambre à peu près propres si on n'est pas trop exigeant. Piscine très agréable. Wifi fonctionne dans qques chambres du bas, inexistant dans le reste de l'hôtel.

1.古いホテルだが部屋数が多い中堅クラスのホテルで朝食付きで宿泊費が安い　１人旅行に良い 2.道の反対側にクラクラバス停があり　サヌールエリアとウブドへのアクセス良好 3.ＳＰＡマッサージが宿泊料金で安くしかも内容がよい 4.海岸から離れ部屋はくつろぐには適さないが　バスタブもあり歩き回って休息に良い 5.鍵付きの棚等がなく　カバンを金庫替わりにしチェーンロックがほしい。 6.サヌールのレストラン街にも近く　マクドナルド、ピザハットにも近く　外食は良好。

Stannade bara över natten! Fick byta rum för de hade inte tvättat lakanen. Rummen var jätte slitigt och lakanen i det andra rummet vi fick var inte heller tvättade så vi sov på våra kläder

Boka aldrig detta!
Först hade hemsidan skrivit 10 pooler i beskrivningen på två ställen och det var därför vi valde hotellet. Dock när vi kom fram så visade det sig att det endast fanns en. Det första rummet vi fick stank mögel och var så sunkigt. Vi fick ett annat rum med lite bättre standard men det visade sig att rummet hade bed bugs. Då jag konfronterade först han som städade så skrattade han bara lika så hon i receptionen och som sa att alla rum hade bed bugs. Jag fick pratade med ägaren som erbjöd 10% eller att få 10 plagg tvättade vilket för mig var ett hån. Boka aldrig detta hotell, fullt med bed bugs!

アットホームなホテル
スタッフの方が皆さんフレンドリーで楽しく滞在させて頂きました。セキュリティーの方も同様です。ビーチにも市場にも近いしMac.Pizza Hatto.ドーナツ屋さんも近くにありますので大変便利です。ローカルワルンも周辺にたくさんあります。また滞在する予定です。
