When I booked I requested a double bed , they gave me two singles, I said okay can you change it tomorrow, they said yes and didn’t change it and said for the inconvenience they would give me breakfast free , day 3 I still didn’t get my double bed. I didn’t complain. I thought oh well , I went to have breakfast and was told I am not entitled to breakfast . So I went up to the counter. And the staff that served me on arrival. Was the afternoon staff and the morning staff new nothing about the free breakfast. Then argued with me that I was not in my room. So they couldn’t change the bed . And their was no towels in the room when I arrived the shower rose was partly blocked and the shower rose was hanging out the wall loose . the toilet leaked when you flushed it . If you didn’t put the sign on your door to clean your room it didn’t get done. The entrance door would only latch if you slammed it , as you can imagine the noise with each door slammed .
