Definitely try and get a room up the back near the back pool. The rooms were very spacious with a king size bed. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating.

Terrible Hotel
This hotel was terrible. It has become a business for day tour groups and the facilities are used for that purpose. The hotel is poorly maintained and rubbish is left from hoardes of visitors. The room was old and unclean. It was also undergoing some construction. We stayed one night and left. We had paid for three nights.

Make sure you don't get the room close to the staff concierge as they will likely wake you up before 6am with loudy noises and shouting. Towels are dirty, the hotel is very kind to provide you with new ones, dirty as well though. Breakfast is really poor and sugar bomb.

Decently nice location but didn't enjoy our stay
The bed was okay and the beach was pretty with some nice hotels nearby. The bathroom was gross, it smelled and was leaking in tons of places. Didn't like it here at all

Dump on a beautiful beach
The gardens are beautiful. But that's the only good thing about the place. There are no ocean view rooms as stated, it's rather hard to find, I had to ask multiple people where it was, it's back from the beach between two much livelier places. The rooms were very dirty. The A/C didn't work and the fan had about an inch of dust on it. The bathroom was gross with lots of spiders and holes in the walls to outside. Most of the staff ignored the guests. The day I checked out housekeeping was sitting outside my door waiting for me to leave, which was creepy since I had 3 more hours before I had to leave. The wifi doesn't work in the rooms if you need it. Don't order eggs for breakfast unless you'd like eggshells as well. The seating on the beach also fills up quickly with the day trip tours. The place could be gorgeous if it were a little better maintained.

Traditional villas on the beach in Mushroom Bay.
Location is excellent and practically on the beach. Staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help. We had an accident on the island which required medical attention. We did not have enough money on us to pay the doctor so the hotel staff lent us the money to pay and took us back to the doctors to sort the bill and translate. Extremely grateful to the staff. The hotel is set in lush gardens which are well kept. The pool is clean and beautifully set with plenty of sun loungers and beach towels. Breakfast is made to order.

An OK hotel by the beach
The hotel is located by the beach. The staff was helpful. Massage and water entertainment like a 'banana boat' are available for booking. Bedroom was clean, bathroom showed some signs of aging, for example bathtub had a very big crack, it didn't look too inviting. Everyday hotel organized one day events for large groups of tourists from other island which made the entrance a little crowded. If one looks for peace that might be troubling. In general the experience was OK, not extraordinary but also not too bad.

A wonderful welcoming hotel with excellent staff that made you feel like part of the family. Rooms were very nice with the bathroom partly outdoors, something a little different. Pools were very clean and food and drinks were very nice and cheap. Would definitely stay there again :)

We enjoyed lembongan island. The Tanis Villas were ok but felt more hotel-like than villa-like. Great location though, close to restaurants.

Food was good, and pricing good. I had booked an ocean view room, but did not get one, told they were full. Very disappointing. Then the next room had mice under the pillow, so by the third room we stayed but it did not have a fridge. So frustrated about moving rooms 3 times. Food and service was good! Plus it was on the beach which I love. Would I stay there again probably not, but I would go back to eat there. I would not go back to Bar and Cafe Bali to eat, which was just along the beach. Over priced and very poor service. Took over an hour for our meal to come!and it was a small serving, and they wanted me to give them 1000 Rp change, must be kidding after such poor service.

Tired hotel needs some TLC
This hotel was probably amazing 20 years ago but it now needs a bit of attention. The room looked charming but the fridge leaked, the wardrobe door fell off and it didn't feature any comforts like hairdryers, toiletries, full length mirrors etc. The worst thing is they bring over boatloads of tourists every day to hang out at the hotel. They're loud and annoying and take over the whole pool. If we hadn't found we could use other beautiful hotel facilities nearby we would have been really unhappy here. As it was it was fine to sleep here but we hung out and ate/drank everyone else. The food is bad.

Nice place close to the beach
It was a nice time at Tanis Villa and it was much better than I have initially expected. The guy at the front desk seems a bit unorganized, chaotic and distracted but at the end he managed to help me with my inquiries and made my stay enjoyable. They are still doing some construction works - the noise can be annoying. And there were doves taking a bath in the swimming pool - I am not so excited about sharing the swimming pool with animals.

Good value choice
We had a fantastic stay at Tanis Villas - the staff were helpful, the two pools meant enough room for guests and the room was lovely. The surrounds were gorgeous, lovely gardens and the location is right by the beach. We ate at Tanis Villas a number of times and thought the food was pretty good value for the price too.

fantastic place
Can get straight of the marlin boat and walk to the hotel. The pool is great and staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and very nice. Only minor down side was the balcony gets very hot early in the day. I stayed in the 2nd floor room. All up it is a great place to recharge the Batteries.

Lovely beach bungalow with intrusive wild critters
Beach side cute bungalows with nice landscaping, clean pools and friendly staff. However, moved from first room because of 12 inch gecko. Next one, had sm rat fall on bed while we were sleeping. My husband thought all this was just part of the beach environment. I did not! In spite of this we enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed the start to our traveling honeymoon here. The staff were friendly. Pools were good. We had a power cut in our room which didn't come back on so they up graded us which was awesome!! The beach is ok, lots of boats so not as amazing for swimming, try the next bay over or dream beach. We noticed most people only stayed a max of 4 nights then moved on... we were there for 8. Very relaxing and exactly what we wanted. Not to expensive. Food was awesome.

Great place to Stay!! Definitely recommended!!
This is a place i definitely will come back to if I visit Bali again. The hotel staff are brilliant. They go lengths to ensure our needs are met. One of the staff members took me abt 5km on his bike so that I can exchange some currency and what more, he was on his day off!! He did not expect a tip as well, just said bye and went home. They made food the way we wanted(we are vegetarians) and did not disappoint. Clean rooms and brilliant ambiance. Offer all services just like the other hotels do, but we did not step out to other hotels for their services as these guys were just amazing.

We had a wonderful time on Lembongan Island - beautiful, relaxing, low key place. Tanis Villa is very conveniently located, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, room clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and happy.

Perfect place if there where no constructions and
the location is perfect, directly at the beach, many restaurant's are close by. Tanis Villa has three pools even one with a water slide. The Team was great and assist you al the time if you need anything. But unfortunately they have major constructions going on, you can use the quiet pool in the back, but the main building is getting 18 new rooms. So you have construction noise at the restaurant and the two pools at the beachfront. Also they have groups coming from Bali, which go snorkeling and use the pool, they leave at 2:30pm. The Beach is also full of boats and you can't really go swimming. We moved to the north of Nusa Lembongan and this was perfect. We still had a nice time, cause the rooms are nice and the garden invites you for little breaks on the beds they have everywhere.

缺點 : 酒店每天都會安排很多團的中國團體在蘑菇沙灘進行水上活動及酒店内的活動，所以酒店內人很多很嘈雜，團體大部分都不是住在酒店内，所以我們房客都要等團體活動全部结速離開後、到下午3-4點才可以安靜使用泳池設施，想要安靜地留在酒店内渡假的人比較不太適合，酒店也沒有擺放沙灘椅及傘在沙灘上供房客使用，所以我都向其他酒店租用整白天使用的沙灘椅及傘Rp$100000(10萬)，入住接待櫃檯的女工作人員態度很差，我住的是獨楝小屋，小屋内很老舊，衣櫃門巳壞掉也沒有整修，衣櫃門感覺要掉下來的，白天冷氣太弱太弱不夠冷，熱水洗澡只有白天才有，傍晚要冼冷水啦！優點 : 房間是有—個漂亮花園而圍住，也很休閒舒適，在晚上睡覺時也很安靜，早上5，6點就有好多小鳥在叫我起床，浴室是半露天，也有小冰箱，酒店是坐落在蘑菇沙灘上，進出沙灘或到其他的餐廳用餐也很方便，旁邊巷子有些雜貨小店，早餐也是小小份量的，但也算好食的，餐廳及大部員工服務還算oK，蘑菇沙灘很短很小很小，每天白天都有很多中國團體會到這裡玩水上活動到下午的4，5點，所以沙灘上人很多、很嘈很擁擠，如喜歡安靜渡假的我，蘑菇沙灘對我來說也就只會來這—次就夠啦！

Siisti huone omalla pikku puutarhalla, keittiö ja kylpyhuone ulkotiloissa. Hyvä ilmastointi. Kohtuullisen kokoinen uima-allas. Rantaan muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja kävely etäisyydellä, suurin osa sulkeutuu klo 21-22 maissa.

In general was ok
In general it was ok but a/c was not cold enough. Room is ok but do not expect too much for the cleanliness. Bf you can choose either omellett, scrambled, fried egg, poached and it comes with 1/2 pcs of toasted bread and butter 1 pcs of bacon & 1 pcs of beef. Or you may have pan cake such as banana pan cake / pineapple pancake. Or you can pay additional money and order indonesian bf. Location is good its just in front of beach and staff at reception can speak very good eng. but it seems like many gst actually stop over this hotel for water sports and it was a bit noisy in some time

Nice little hotel.We stayed 3 nights. We slept in villa,first night ac made noice ,but staff change our villa. They have also rooms ,in villa you heard everything's like a fitting dogs and cecco. Hotel have nice garden,3 pools. Chinese tourists come in morning and live in afternoon, but they used pool area near the sea. So one pool is always empty. Service is excellent! We have very good time ! We also eat in hotels restaurant and foods are good. Mushrooms bay peach is very dirty,but there is also another beach in Ireland.
