I usually love staying here. But it is degrading stay by stay. This time the bathroom was filthy. Toilet was dirty the courtesy trial sizes toiletries had hair on them and broken so im sure previously used and the shower smelled like some thing died inside. Had to go get my own cleaning supplies bc house keeper wasnt available until the morning.. front desk was really nice

When i was given my room it was a connecting one. The door in between the two would not lock. The front desk staff gave me a new room very quickly

Called the property twice a week in advance to request upper floor. They said they were sold out on the night of my arrival, and also would not be giving me the king bed I requested. Front desk staff provided ZERO info about the property, complimentary breakfast, shuttle services, or that you must request cleaning. In addition, limited cooking supplies were available, used box of tissues, torn carpet, tv with a purple screen, and terribly unfriendly staff aside from Carol McClosky (sp),

While the property needs some updating, the property itself was clean. Michael, Todd and Usman was so helpful in making sure that our stay was comfortable. There was a slight issue with the room reservation. Michael and Usman handled it like a champ.

The Element is comfortably located across the road from the Live casino, Mall and other dining/shopping locations. Close to the airport and to MD100 it allows for an optimal crossroad for travelers to rest.
