“Beautiful, clean and tranquil”

Just need beds larger than doubles! The beds were cramped but the rest of our experience was excellent! Staff was flawless and friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel!

We had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love the boutique feeling of the hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the lounge . The waitresses at the lounge were extremely nice. The location is fabulous and our all-around experience was great!

“Great Location, Spacious rooms”

The pictures I saw when booking didn't do this hotel justice. It's absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location for visiting the Harbor. The roof top garden, pool and spa were a definite treat and I wish I was there longer to enjoy them. The staff couldn't be more friendly. My boyfriend and I were headed to a wedding at the American Visionary Museum and it was drizzling out and the bell hop Calvin lent us his own personal umbrella. The only downside was a $100 hold on my card that I wasn't made aware of when checking in, since I had already paid for the hotel but it was released by the next day.

“Staff extremely helpful and friendly”

We requested an inner harbor view and paid for the view. We were disappointed when we entered our room and found no harbor view. We talked with the staff and they immediately moved us to a room on the top floor with an outstanding view. We were so grateful and loved this hotel. Would highly recommend.

Had booked a room with a harbor view for my two year anniversary in a junior suite.The room was fantastic, classy, well furnished, and had an amazing view (especially at night). Marble bathroom, extremely comfy bed, everything was on point.

“Remarkable Treat”

We had just finished an arduous work assignment and were heading home. I reserved the hotel through Expedia and chose a room a little above my normal price point but felt we deserved it as a reward for our demanding work load. When we arrived we found the valet/ bellman courteous and kind, desk staff polite and we were quickly in our room which was absolutely wonderful. The view of the inner harbor was magnificent and the room was within walking distance of many fine and varied resturaunts. The room became the high point of our Baltimore visit. I'm not sure the martini from the bar was worth $14 but I'll be more careful next time.
