The hotel was ok. Paid for a buffet breakfast and received one of three options cooked to order. Pool was nice on the roof top. Location was near the area we needed to be.

NO WINDOW ROOMS!! Be careful. They do not tell you this up-front. Shame on Expedia for not checking this!!! Also, no mirror above sink, and generally poor condition. Stay away, there are many good options in BKK...

Phone and refregiator in room not working, request wakeupcall, didn't happen! Ligthswits broken! But bed was comfortebly and restaurant exellent.

Nice hotel good location
Wonderful place close to Soi 11 but off the main drag so quiet. Lovely pool and the rooms are great. Easy walking to Nana BTS or Asoke. Close to some shops for stuff. A must visit again

When I arrived there was no room available even though I had already paid for the booking. No one even attempted to contact me prior to my arrival to say my reservation was not valid. I have still not been refunded by Expedia.

Old and dirty hotel
I’m sure when this hotel opened back in the days it’s was a good and fancy hotel. But now it’s old, very very dirty and worn down. Water in the swimming pool was so dirty and full of litter. The refrigerator in my room was not working and I pointed this out to the staff so they replaced it with another one witch was not working to!!!!! And then told me that they have no working refrigerators in the hotel!?! Also they had rats when I was there. So I would stay away from the restaurant.

No windows in room, lighting not working properly.
Corridors are dark and dingy. Room was adequate for sleeping, shower was well thought of for water flow and drainage. Room lighting did not work properly and bulbs needed changing. Some power points and light switches did not work. No cooking facilities in room not even a kettle. Free coffee at machine in the lobby but we were on floor 4. Floor 7 has a breakfast room, roof terrace and swimming pool. Lobby has not been maintain properly as the aircon leaks through the ceiling.

Not good hotel
the location is not good, and smelled in the room even change a new room still have bad smell. First room Air conditioning is very bad, the second room is better. I will not recommend friends come to this hotel again.

It is located too inside and there are buildings constructed in the neighbourhood. It is okay type of hotel. If you want and the rooms are also okay. Better avoid if you have other options in the same amount. The wifi is too bad.

Poorly designed rooms, good location
The rooms are poorly designed (plugs hidden or far from useful spots, tiny windows without black out curtains (some rooms have no windows). Location is fairly good, but the hotel is a long walk up to the end of the Soi, away from Sukhumvit. Much better value exists in Bangkok for the same price range

Very comfortable and value for money boutique hotel. The room might be small but that is not a problem. Very close to Trendy Building for visa applications.

Stay somewhere else...
We had to switch rooms three times before requesting a refund and going somewhere else. First room had mold, second the air conditioner didn't work properly and the third smelt heavy of mildew. bar has been closed for some time, planks in the deck were broken, were torn.... not a good stay. Pay a little more for somewhere else or find a different budget hotel. They also charge a 100 baht deposit before your stay which they don't tell you about so you need that in cash. They return it at the end of your stay if you leave your room satisfactory.

staff is unhelpful. This has been our third horrible stay at a Aspira hotel. I stay in Bangkok every weekend and will NEVER stay at one of their hotels again, as I suggest you do not either. Waste of money, horrible staff, horrible customer service, hardly any wifi, ac did not work. Worst hotel.

When checking into this hotel they informed us they had over booked and would need to move us to their sister hotel that was supposed to just as nice. It was a horrible old hotel with no pool. Very disappointed esp because I stay in Bangkok every weekend and was looking forward to staying at this hotel more often. But will not again

The former "hiptiqueness" is slightly fading away due to poor management and maintenance. Used to be hip place. Bad wifi, didn't try pool, tiny pool didn't look welcoming. Room starts to show some wear here and there. Have no windows.

Off the beaten path of Bangkok
Best hotel we stayed at while in Thailand. Great AC, clean comfortable beds. Great showers. Ended up being cheaper than some of the places we stayed at with much worse accommodation, thanks to booking through expedia. The hotel was a couple blocks off of the main sukhumvit road but there was a tuk tuk offered throughout the day every half hour to sukhumvit free of charge.

Not worth the money.
Came here to get a few extra luxuries. The pool is tiny, the upstairs bar/deck doesn't seem to have been used in years and there are holes in the deck where the wood is rotted away. Free tuk tuk is fine if you can find the driver. The best thing about breakfast is the corn flakes. Staff are rarely around when you need them. There are better options.

It's a long walk!
Good: Bed comfortable, nice shower ,the room is small but perfectly functional and clean. We arrived early and they let us in. Not so good: It is a long walk from Sukhumvit and tuk-tuk service was not great. On one occasion we asked for a ride and were told it would be 15 mins before he was ready to take us The pool wasn't very appealing, there are two deck chairs on the roof which are fine but the chairs by the pool were broken/uncomfortable. We have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok which were superior value, including Galleria 10 which was better located, better pool and in a fun neighbourhood.

Stayed at room 206 1.hotel is far away from main room 15mins walk with no 7-11 or any food within 5min walk range 2.hotel has no electrical kettle to boil water. Or mini bar with any food/ no room service menu as well. 3. Was issued only 1 card for 2 person staying and when requested was told card was not enough 4. Room design was nice. But cleanliness is horrible. Curtain and bed has God knows. What stain was that. Floor was dirty. Even towel has stain

A big let down from the pictures.
The hotel is in a great location, very cheap and the staff are friendly but thats where the positives end. The hotel looks fantastic on the pictures but nothing like that in real life. The was a terrible smell in the lobby. When we got to the room and took a shower there was no where to hand any cloths and there was a lot of "building noise" going on. The shower was cold and wouldn't come warm. When we went to the pool it was disgusting, everywhere. The water looked mouldy, the furniture was all broken, faded or stained.

Lower price range but should be better than it is
Located end of soi 13 so long walk to Sukhumvit Rd but they have a shuttle service periodically. Room size ok but the hotel shows signs of neglect. Pool area average, some lights in room not working, power point near bed not working, safe didn't work, air con inadequate for room and at best reduced the temp during the day to warm. Shower hose broken. No coffee and tea in room.

Good value, no frills. Close to Metro and BTS line
I had stayed here before when it was under different management. The new managers have been in place a few months and are still working out the kinks. Overall it was a decent experience and once the kinks are settled will be a lovely hotel.
