Great location, close to Koh San Road and the night life. It is in a quiet area on the river. Great pool. Our Riverview room did not have a balcony as pictured, but it was not an issue for us. Staff nice and the daily breakfast was ample and refilled often.

The room was clean even though it was small. The common areas were nice enough and staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for an excellent price. The only sour note was a dirty mattress leaning on the wall of the hallway outside our room. It stayed the whole 4 days in spite of being brought to the attention of the staff

Love the location right on the river, peaceful and quiet in the chaos that is Bangkok. Buffet breakfast is exceptional, staff is very accommodating and friendly…I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We requested king size and we got it but pillows were so hard and gave us sore neck. First impression as we entered the room, we smelled something bad, apparently it was Air con. Towels, shower and shower curtains were so dirty (grey old should have used as rags) that there was musty smell. Toilet seat had scratches on. We thought room was tight , bathroom shower was even tighter and leaking at the joints so didn’t get a proper shower. Had to ask for Iron and got it but no iron board. Air on was set on 26 C and we found temp hot but it was not adjustable. There was no phone in the room and we had to keep going downstairs in person to request if we needed anything. So, good piece of property with excellent views of the river, high rises and the iconic bridge and walking distance to kao san market and other food shops.

The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant menu as well, nice and not expensive. Stuff helpful you can order a taxi through them if you need to get tot the airport. Location is nice, there is a night market 10 minutes walk from the hotel with many various bars and street food. Also easy to get to the main attractions from the hotel. Good location. Nevertheless hotel needs renovation, the shower was not comfortable for a tall person, otherwise good.

Love the breakfast.
Very clean. Didn't spend a lot of time in hotel room except to sleep. Housekeeping was great. But i must race about the breakfasts, especially early morning, lost of fresh fruit, western and Asian options, and a chef to make egg style dishes. Thai coffee is extra now at 60 baht when it used to be a part of the breakfast. Nevertheless, I'm not subtracting points for that. Staff aways helpful and courteous.

The room was exactly as pictured, bed very comfortable. The balcony was lovely too, overlooking the pool and riverside. The pool was nice and refreshing. Breakfast was great and affordable. Khao San rd within walking distance with plenty of cheap eateries near by!

Close to Pier for river travel; also close to tourist shopping street and market. Not close to BRT or Metro but still easy to get around by Tuk Tuk, Taxi and of course river boats.

Great location to river taxi and street food. Breakfasts outdoors overlooking river is great way to start the day. Property is decent but worn. Staff somewhat jaded. My son was sick and they tried to charge us 1000 Baht to wash his bedding. I balked and they immediately went down to 500 Baht.

I stayed in a city view balcony room which was spacious for me, but I’m 5’4. The riverside terrace next to the pool is insta worthy. There’s a 24/7 7-11 close by and a couple weed stores right across the street. And the best walk to Khao San Road starts in the alley right next to 7-11 that goes through restaurants and stalls that look most amazing at night when the lights come on. The stalls also sell flavored disposable vapes, if you need one. And there is also a self-service laundromat before reaching the 7-11.

It’s good for what it is. Great proximity to Kho San Road, and the sights south of here are walkable. Dining areas are pleasant, and a small river boardwalk just outside the property gives access to the local boat tours and piers. Would recommend.

I requested a room on a higher floor as I'm a light sleeper. They told me the highest I could have was the 4th floor and gave me a room with a window facing the bush street when there were several options (same price) facing inside towards the "garden". I had to change rooms after 2 nights of not sleeping and the front desk person seemed annoyed. They charged me twice for laundry. I didn't have time to argue this point as I was also late for the airport (checking out of the hotel). The nighttime staff does not speak English. I had forgotten to book my ride to the airport so I did so late at night 2am (as I was still having trouble sleeping). I asked for a 9:30am pickup and at 3am the desk called me when I had finally fallen asleep to tell me my taxi had arrived. The hotel is conveniently located near khao San road and easy to hop onto the ferry. I noticed a few other hotels in the area and would recommend choosing one of them over this one (and I will do the same next time)

My stay at this place left me with very mixed feelings. This place probably was at it’s peak around 5-7 years ago. All of the furniture, bathroom facets, toilet very dated to the point that it is not comfortable. Only nice thing about my room was a bed. At the same time staff at the hotel was very nice, breakfast was good. Location is convenient if you want to explore old city.

Didn't really like much about this hotel at all. The rooms were dated and the bathroom was grubby. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable and the bed linen was clean. The balcony floor was filthy and every time we came in from the balcony we had to wash our feet. There was a drainpipe that vented itself on our balcony, so every time it rained the balcony floor flooded. The bar closed at about 11.00pm. There was a fridge where you could get a beer or soft drink and pay for it at reception. We did this on our last night and said we would like to sit outside, only to be told we could not as they had locked the door! All in all, very disappointing and we would not go back.

Would recommend this hotel as my last option
Pictures of property were deceiving. There was no thermostat at our room and we were hot at night. Thankfully, we had a fridge and breakfast was decent. The hotel is a perfect place if you do not want to spend money and don't care about cleanliness. Our bed was quite comfortable, but the room was really small.

This is a pedestrian hotel with a great location. The river boat terminal is just a few steps away. The boats stop at terminals with walking access to the Grand Palace, Iconsiam shopping center, Wat Arum, etc. Also, easy walking distance to Khaosan road. Rooms are utilitarian. Staff does what they need to do, but without enthusiasm.
