Beautiful gem of a hotel tucked away off Sukhumvit, within a short walk of all of the attractions and conveniences of the Nana area. The room was comfortable, clean, and elegantly decorated. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will stay again.

SAMALA hotel is a lovely retreat in the heart of Sukhumvit. I stayed in April 2024. Arrived late at night to a welcoming concierge. Check in was a breeze, with a human touch. My room was located with a wonderful front view of the infinity pool. My room was spacious, well appointed, sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed. The staff at SAMALA were outstanding, always eager to help with any questions, with helpful suggestions. The hotel itself feels relatively new, and the amenities reflect the newness. Fantastic, 24-hr fitness, although since I was on vacation and walking around all day, I didn't take full advantage. But it lacks no equipment, and they are all new. The breakfast buffet is a revelation. Absolutely delightful combination of east and west options across the buffet. Impressive, even in a city filled with so many options. The hotel is located conveniently in the heart of Sukhumvit, tucked a decent distance away from Sukhumvit road to provide peaceful rest, while also being close enough that I could walk to BTS within a few minutes.

Overnight stay in Bangkok between flights. Arrived past midnight. They accommodated our late check in. Room was well appointed. Clean and spacious. Bathtub and shower with selection of toiletries which was a nice extra. Would definitely return.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. We got a room with bathtub. I enjoyed soak in the tub every day. The roof top swimming pool was very nice. We stayed there 4 nights, travel to the different area. We decided to come back the hotel after second travel because we enjoyed the first stay so much.

Great hotel. First room I checked into had two used condoms and pubic hairs above bed frame. Got moved to a new room and everything was fine after that. Not sure how you miss that but whatever. All was good.

Excellent Stay! Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer!.
This is a fantastic new hotel. Only opening on the 18/12/2023 and everything is perfect from the attentive staff, food, rooms, cleanliness and eye to detail. The decor is crisp and classy and the feel to the place is relaxed and friendly as well as professional; from the concierge who you meet first, ( Jane and Daewen ) are great; to Tin on the front desk and all the other staff. The cleaners are friendly and happy and we saw ongoing maintaining and care to the property throughout all of the staff; keeping standards high and guests comfortable. I even recommended some friends to book within the first hour of checking in; which they did and were so happy and grateful for the recommendation to stay at the Samala!.. Next time we are in Bangkok, this will be our go to hotel. Also a fantastic location for all your needs. 5 ***** all the way. Thankyou Samala.

I’m a solo travel and this place was perfect for me. I also think it would be great for families. Easily walkable to the train station but there’s always a taxi around if you want to take that route.

Great new property with nice pool and new yet limited range of gym equipment. My only gripe with the staff was the 1000 baht I was not given back of 5th room deposit - I usually use a credit card but they were messing around so I used cash and they forgot to give it back when I checked out. I hope they will get around to giving me a credit.

It’s good quality for a price I payed. I could tell that there is still unfinished building works, badly arranged service with no instructions or menu. WiFi was never stable. Half of the stuff didn’t speak English, but there was one very amazing lady that helped a lot. Noise. I could hear what was happening behind the wall. Even when someone switch the lights on or off. Window with zero access to the fresh air. Crazy crazy cold anywhere you go at the hotel. I catched horrible cold. For the room cleaning, was so so. Room itself was clean as it’s brand new, but I had to give clear instructions for the cleaning as it was too basic. But, once again, I liked the hotel. Just need to fix few details. Amazing location.

Hotell i toppklass!
Vid tiden för vår vistelse hade hotellet bara varit i bruk i två veckor. Det är alltså ett helt nytt hotell där till och med doften av målarfärg sitter kvar i väggarna. Det är precis så fint som på bilderna. Helt magiskt härligt att få komma hit! Plus: Hotellets pool är OTROLIG. Väldigt fint poolområde och fin utsikt. Minus att det är dyrt att beställa mat och dryck där. Rummen har vackert kakel och städas varje dag. Stort badrum med badkar och starkt vattentryck i duschen. Servicen är toppklass. Det öppnas dörrar åt en, personal hälsar hela tiden, resväskor bärs till rummet, mat och dryck som beställts serveras snabbt och receptionen är öppen 24/7. Läget. Nära till allt! Minus: Frukosten. Den är välorganiserad, fräsch och stor men alternativen som serveras är snarare lunchalternativ än frukost. Vi hade svårt att veta vad vi skulle äta på morgonen pga detta. Aningen rörig incheckning som tog lång tid. Jag antar att det berodde på nya och oerfarna anställda. Med tiden kommer säkerligen även det att förbättras. Jag säger bara en sak, BO här!

Super stay
Very nice nee hotel located on soi 15, shoppingmall and BTS within walking distance, nightlife also very close with an easy shortcut if needed. Recommend staying here!
