It was clean and well cared for. The pool area was clean and tidy. We were at a convention at the Kalaharri and paid a fraction of what we would have paid if we stayed at the resort, without all the chaos and noise.

We loved our stay here! We brought our 2 and 4 year old and they loved the kiddie water play area and couldn’t get enough of the slide. The balls were a nice touch too. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. So close to shopping and dining everything we needed was right there. We would stay here again for sure!

Although our stay was wonderful in every aspect, the one thing i could complain about is that the rooms were not in fact soundproof. We could hear the couple in the room next to us for most of the night, down to their bathtub running. Everything else was perfect.

Pool says heated but it was the coldest indoor pool I have ever been in. Breakfast was good but I think more people prefer bacon instead of sausage.

The bed was comfortable, it was clean and updated, The breakfast was delicious and the environment was spacious, beautiful and the food selection was awesome. The pool area was very clean , bright with windows and spacious. The staff were very professional and friendly.

Awesome getaway

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we did not know exactly which day our renovations in November were starting. We posted and made all guests aware of this closure diligently as soon as we were able to. Had we been made aware of any dissatisfaction that occurred immediately after or during your stay, we would have been able to correct/compensate accordingly.
