Although we only had 8 people (it sleeps 16), you can tell the owners want to be sure that it not only sleeps 16 but has enough of everything for 16 - dishes, seating, towels, etc. They even had two coffee makers that were kept busy with the 8 of us! There are two casual living areas - both very comfortable. A great, large deck off the back and another on the front for viewing Lake Pepin. We found absolutely everything in the kitchen we needed! "This was a perfect location for reconnecting with college girlfriends. We met over 40 years ago and cherish our annual get togethers. The house was well appointed, with a great view of the lake and the ease of walking to so many destinations."
