Beautiful water view
If you love to crab and fish and just relax, this is a perfect spot to do that. Close to restaurants and the beach but away from hustle and bustle. Very clean and lots of amenities. A nice getaway with family for our 12 year anniversary.

Rented this place with some buddies for a little fishing trip and it was great. The boat launch on site was nice. We had some bad weather come in and were able to pull the boat out. We just let it sit on the trailer and backed it right back in the next morning. No hauling it down the road. The house was clean and had everything you needed. You can tell they take pride in keeping it nice. The outside areas were my favorite part. The large deck up top and the covered lower part made hanging out on the weather days way better. You’re not stuck inside! Definitely will be back.

Boat launch on property was main reason for choosing this house. Fishing was pretty awful inshore off the river but we did enjoy several boat rides to sightsee . Place was very very nice and perfectly clean although I wasn’t about to use the leftover soap bar! Lol. Upper back deck was awesome for morning coffees & evening drinks and bottom deck was very spacious with plenty seating. Wife wanted off from cooking so we putt putted to the beach restaurants which were all good. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing time in a very nice house in a great location.

What a great place to relax!
We traveled to the Bay St. Louis area in mid-April-2023 for a three-day stay after some time on the beach in Pensacola. This place offered a wonderful change of atmosphere. For starters, Our host, Al, was very communicative from the start and ensured that our check-in process was seamless. The property was exactly as advertised and more! We had access to daily and nightly fishing right off the dock, campfires, cookouts, and space to relax. It offered convenient access to New Orleans (about a 45-minute drive), and was close to everything we possibly needed. The local grocery store is great and just up the road and the house is fully stocked and move-in ready. This place is a gem! If you're looking for a nice, quiet rental for some R&R and quality time with your people, THIS PLACE IS IT!

What a cute little house. Perfect for my family of 6. Had everything we needed to enjoy our week there. From fishing off the dock, to grilling steaks on the grill. Easy check in and a view really nice check in phone calls from our host. Will hopefully be back someday!

Impromptu Getaway!
Great location for us to launch our waverunners and was only about a 5 minute ride to the Jourdan River. The house was very clean and the property very well maintained. There's a huge deck, both covered and uncovered, and tons of space to gather under the house with many tables and chairs. We are looking forward to renting this house again in the future.

Wonderful property with all you need! Beautiful setting. Peaceful couple of days to read and reset. Took the kayak out a couple of times. Shopped at the local grocery. We had a wonderful time and highly recommended!

Short boat ride to the Jordan
We had a great time over 4th of July in BSL. The house is a perfect place to wind down after a day on the Jordan. The outdoor area is large with plenty of space for BBQing (gas grill) or just having morning coffee. The boat launch is convenient! Paddle boarding up and down the canals was peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus! Fishing gear, chairs and outdoor games were nice to have available! Al was responsive to all of our questions. Great place to stay for a nice long weekend!

What a neat house! Lovely quiet neighborhood right on the water, with incredible outdoor living spaces to enjoy the tranquility. We really enjoyed staying here; it felt like we discovered a hidden gem! Definitely worth 5 stars.

Nice place to relax
This place was very nice. The house is bit small, but setup nicely and my wife and I enjoyed the sun room when it turned off cool in the evenings. Also, we enjoyed spending time on the large spacious deck over looking the canal. We were able to launch our boat at the marina about a mile away and dock at the house and It’s was just a short boat ride to the lakes or bay and east for my family and I to hit some quick fishing spots. The owner is currently having a boat ramp installed which will make it easier to launch in the future. We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was really nice. I definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful, peaceful place! Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Did not have to go far for the beach, grocery, shopping or going out to eat! The deck out back was a perfect place to unwind in the evening or start your day in prayer. We loved it.

The seahorse is the place to stay
Not only is the property beautiful, but it is the most relaxing place to stay. Everything we needed to rest and replenish ourselves was in arms reach at this place. We brought our mom here as a girls trip since our dad had passed away. She was able to get away from the world and relax. We are already planning our yearly trip here for next year! Definately worth everything!

Peaceful and Charming!
This is a wonderful house-only minutes from downtown Bay St Louis- beaches and casinos- lots of different piers to fish. Close to everything and yet peaceful and quiet - which I really enjoyed! Mornings were nice to sit on the deck watching the fish jump in the canal - actually fished in it one day - caught a catfish and a turtle - we threw them back in - the house is very comfortable- bed slept very good- had everything we needed- also - I’m a picky person when it comes to cleanliness—- no issues! House is very clean! Also liked that there is a tv in bedroom - very charming house- we stayed 5 nights and I can tell you that I didn’t want to leave! Thank you Mr. Claude for sharing your house with us! Hope to come back next year!

Relaxing very nice home away from home!
The house was very cozy and clean. We felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in. The kitchen was nicely equipped with a nice gas stove and a big refrigerator. There were more than enough clean towels in the bathroom. Our favorite was the patio. No houses right next to or in front. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Older property but well maintained and lots of little extras.
We came to fish and fish we did. House is on a deep water canal with great access to Jordan river and bay St. Louis. We caught reds, speck, bass and even got to hand grab some bull frogs! House was comfortable clean and the kitchen was awesome. Outside deck was great and the home was a great base camp while we fished all day.

The house was perfect for our four total. The cottage is close to town on a dead end street.
We enjoyed the house and will be back. It is on a quiet deadend street with friendly neighbors. There were fishing poles our kids used and are now taking up fishing as a hobby. We were also able to trap some blue crabs in the canal. Bay St. Louis is our favorite get away and this is the place to stay when visiting, close town and on a deadend street. Al called to check in with us during our 4 day trip and is a super nice guy. The house could handle a few more than the four of us. The outdoor space, covered and not, was probably the best part about the design of the house. There is also a large lawn to one side of the house that adds even more outdoor space to enjoy. Another plus is the bedrooms and bath are on the street side and the kitchen, living room and sunroom is on the canal side with the deck. This room layout provides a constant view of the sky while also not looking at a street, even though there was no traffic to speak of. The house has an elevator that helps with bringing the groceries and luggage upstairs which is a huge help when packing and unpacking. No complaints, only complements! We will be staying here again, hopefully sooner that later!

Perfect Southern Getaway!!
Me and 5 friends stayed for 3 nights and deep sea fished the Gulf straight from the dock at this perfect home on the river. The rest of the time we relaxed on the huge deck overlooking the water and enjoyed every minute of our relaxing time here. The host is great and they've literally thought of everything. The kitchen is perfect with nice new appliances and the entire home is stocked with wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away. It's also located perfectly off the interstate, tucked just enough off the beaten path to feel like you're away from everything but still only 10 min drive to the beach and downtown Bay ST Louis. Again, PERFECT!!
