Well located hotel with good facilities

Walking distance from bus station and close to Shlomo sixt car hire. Well appointed room but airconditioning did not work. Advised to open window and this was good. Nice breakfast. Sofa bed small and uncomfortable - only would recommend for a small child.

Stay at the Leonardo Negev

Pros: Check in and service.
Cons: Finding the check in desk. Add signs at all entrances.
Check in was exceptional. Hotel manager personally took care of the check in. Room was comfortable and staff was pleasant. A good place to stay. Food was good and plentiful.

They upgraded me to a suite no xtra charge and when wifi didn't work the receptionist connected me via his phone.would stay again.

This is a very good hotel, and has really been upgraded over the last year. Breakfast is excellent.

היה מצויין מנהל הלילה עמית אשר קיבל את פנינו היה מצויין ןכמוהו כל המלון. במיוחד, צוות המלצרים בחדר ארוחת הבוקר עושה עבודה נהדרת מעל ומעבר למה שרואים במלונות אחרים.

Could be a great hotel - needs direction.

The hotel lets itself down. Some of the staff are really lovely and genuinely want to help, others lack direction and incentive. The dining room at breakfast is truly unpleasant. The management is often lacking. It could be a great hotel. Staff need training, management need to manage their staff better.

This is an old run down hotel. We arrived at 7pm and the closest food was a 20 minute walk. The room was dirty with old worn out carpet, tissue thin sheets, no kleenex, etc.. Certainly no 5 star, perhaps a 3 star. Stayed in some lovely clean hotels in Israel for less money, but this one was surely a disappointment.

Dejligt hotel, måske i den lidt dyre ende, men ikke en finger at sætte på noget. Fin morgen-buffet, og så kan man få den allerede kl.0630 - det er flot...!

Pros: Excelente desayuno. Buen servicio del personal.
Muy decepcionante. Lo venden como el mejor hotel de la ciudad y es el mas caro. Habitacion agradable con muy buena vista pero sin remodelar manteniendo la decoracion de hace 30 años. Habitacion mal preparada al llegar: habia cafe y tazas pero nada con que calentar el agua (lo reclame y me lo mandaron), detras de la puerta restos de cables y cinta aisladora de algun arreglo electrico, en el baño faltaban las toallas de mano. En la ducha no habia presion y salia un hilo de agua (tuve que enjuagarme con un vaso) No hay wifi en las habitaciones y en el lobby funciona mal, se corta continuamente.
