Great location!
Upgraded to Obel Towers. Amazing views over harbour, Irish Sea, stunning coastline, Titanic Museum and the Harland & Wolff - Samson and Hercules cranes. Short 5 to 10 min walk into city centre - we walked everywhere and discovered some great places to eat and visit.

Hotel with too many kinks
The management team really need to make sure that the address that is supplied is the actual address where you check in! Pouring rain , no one to answer my call , address on expedia print out didn't exist , voice mail full... I could go on. I was very disappointed. The apartment was nice but it was stressful and confusing finding a correct address.

Has some way to go before getting it right
Wherever you are staying on a trip there are some items that you require. I always find that a bath towel is essential, when we stayed at Dream Apartments and found between 2 bathrooms each only had 4 hand towels to dry on. It's not good enough. Another pet hate of mine is the lack of hooks in bathrooms. Why can't hotel developers understand thpat when you are travelling these are necessary? The ladies with me also bemoaned that there was no mirror close to a socket for the hairdryer, not that Dream Apartments supplied one. The key collection is Half mile walk across the Lagan river. So if you are disabled in any way this would be a big problem. Nice area though for a walk in good weather. I'm sure this is always the case in Belfast?

Hot Water Needed.
Fair location. Not far from the Titanic Exhibit. Wonderful pub within walking distance ("McHugh's"). Clean, well maintained but... VERY LITTLE HOT WATER. Really, not enough for one person to shower quickly. A deal-breaker.

Brilliant view of the harbour, places to sitesee
Was a lovely stay would definitely go here again, but however one of the beds mattresses was a bit worn and the sofa wasn't that great not to comfortable. Overall stay was good facilities were clean apart from the shower head in the on suite which was a bit limescaled. Apart from that we all loved it and nothing else bad to say about it

Nice place - not close to much.
While the apt was modern and clean we had no hot water. It was at night I called twice we followed the instructions and the boiler still didn't work. Nobody checked with us in the morning. When I went to drop the keys off they apologized and offered us a place to shower that morning. We were leaving. No mention of a credit or anything. This was not a cheap place to stay and no hot water? The location is away from the center of Belfast not much to do there.
