Newly renovated second floor condo that has everything you need for a relaxing Northern Michigan getaway for any season. Condo is 1250 sq ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 with plenty of space for your entire family.. Expansive deck surrounds the entire condo with beautiful views of the ski slopes and the 18th hole of the Schuss Mountain golf course. After a day at the slopes, relax and warm up by the fireplace.
The newly updated kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances. Full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove top, toaster, coffee pot and gas grill. Full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your use.

Walking distance to ski at Schuss Mountain (I'd drive there, but you can walk there).
Walk to the 1st Tee of Schuss Mountain Golf Course

Master Bedroom has a queen bed with a smart TV.
Second Bedroom has two queen beds with a smart TV.

FREE pool pass is available for your use at the Schuss Village pool that is open seasonally. GOLF SEASON (May 1st-mid October) and SKI SEASON (approx. Dec 1st-end of March). Indoor Shanty Creek pool at the Lakeview Hotel is open year round. Outdoor Pool at the Lakeview Hotel is open
Memorial Day-Labor Day.

Parking is in front of the condo for 1 vehicle ONLY and there is overflow parking at the base of the mountain along with parking for trailers. Unfortunately there's only parking for 1 vehicle per condo by the condo and we have a neighbor that lives there and counts vehicles. You'll be able to bring as many vehicles as you would like, but only 1 may park by the condo and the other vehicles will need to park in the overflow lot by the ski slope which is within walking distance to our condo.

The condo is lovely but not good for elderly people.
Lots of stairs make this condo difficult for the elderly. Also the bathtubs don’t have grab bars for safe entry.

Cozy and accommodating stay!
Our family of 6 had a great time staying here and had plenty of space. Everything we needed was available. The kids loved the game table and we all enjoyed cozy fires and the deck views. The area was beautiful and we loved exploring.

NICE PLACE
Lovely condo, quiet with view of the ski area. We took the walk to the top of the hill and enjoyed the view. Walking the trail is not for everyone but the view was worth it. Enjoyed the game board especially since it rained most of our stay. The 1914 winery and Biers brewery were close by nice places to visit.

Everything was amazing. Only thing we could not find the red dumpster to put garbage in... maybe update and say it is at the entrance part when you first pull in... But we had a great time. House was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, and overall had a nice stay.

Amazing and clean chalet
This chalet was very clean and neat, filled with a cozy atmosphere. Nice size chalet with many provided toiletries and other amenities. We loved the view while sitting on the patio. Highly recommend! Best rental experience we've ever had!!
We stayed here for a weekend girls trip and the accommodations were perfect! Cozy, comfy, quiet, and peaceful. We used the outdoor seating for meals and games and enjoyed watching the wildlife. There are sliding doors to access the wrap around porch from nearly every room making the space bright and airy. We had a great time playing the digital games on the table top entertainment system and enjoyed streaming movies on the updated Amazon Fire TV at night. The resort offers several pools and activities to choose from. We enjoyed disc golfing with beautiful views of Lake Bellaire and loved taking the short drive into Bellaire to visit Short's Brewery for fantastic food and live entertainment in their beer garden. It was very easy to prepare meals since the kitchen was fully stocked and the owners are very intentional in providing everything you will need during your stay! We were incredibly impressed by the communication and responsiveness from the owners and the way they went above and beyond to compensate a minor inconvenience. Highly recommend this property for a stress free rental experience that will surpass your expectations!

Exceptional Condo in a Great Location
We had a wonderful time staying in this condo with our son and Grandsons. It was very clean and welcoming at our arrival. The condo is very roomy and has an open setting. The owner provided all of the basics needed and the kitchen had all of the necessary items for meal preparation. It’s in a great location for traveling south to Traverse City and north up to Petoskey. And, really not that far from Mackinaw Island or the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. It’s in walking distance to the Schuss Mountain Golf Course Pro shop and provided a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We truly enjoyed staying in this condo and are planning to return next year.
