Clean and comfortable beds. Staff efficient and friendly. Very close to excellent eating places. Only bad thing was the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Not bad for the price, better than I expected, especially for a weekend stay. Pool, hot tub works well, nice patio outside, we enjoyed a fire. Staff and fellow guests were all very friendly. Beach is 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. I would stay again.

The property is ran down, sagging ceilings, broken tiles in the bathroom, the pool had a scum on the top.

What a great stay! Very friendly people. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. And the location is so close to downtown New Buffalo and a stones throw away from Four Winds Casino in which a free shuttle is provided and so convenient! Will definitely stay here again!

Staff were great. Very attentive. Property is dingy. TV didn't work and was suggested I press the red button to reset the satellite. So recovering from hip surgery - that meant moving the desk and reaching way behind other stand too heavy to move. And it didn't work anyway. Screen on ground floor window torn and hanging off. TV channel guide was not only sticky but inaccurate for what was supposedly provided.

We had a jacuzzi room here because we came to gamble at the four winds. It was nice. No complaints. The hotel is a little dated but priced appropriately.

The hotel was pretty dead. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk was very efficient and friendly. We didn't have any issues with staff. The vending machine wasnt working. But there was a gas station you could literally walk to (we didnt because it was freezing). The main reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. For the price of the king deluxe suite, i wasnt surprised that the hotel was pretty outdated and had alot of cosmetic repairs needed. The bed sheets and comforters had small stains on them. There were alot of cobwebs, floors weren't vacuumed, etc. That sort of thing. They did have breakfast from 6am-9am which we missed, so cant rate the food. The pool area was clean and the hotel being dead was great. We had the place to ourselves it felt like. Now summer time, new buffalo gets busy! If youre looking for a cheap getaway, especially if you have kids, this is probably a good choice. If you are someone who is boujee on a budget, id probably look elsewhere. Bed was uncomfortable and the cleanliness are the only negatives.

I guess i should have believed the reviews. Scary parking lot with a few broken-down cars parked there. Public hallway ceiling tiles falling down/missing. All kinds of notes placed everywhere about pets. Vending machine broken. It all needs to be demo'd and remodeled. No one seemed to be staying here. I just wanted a cheap place to stay for 1 night but in the end decided to check out and go home. I've seen too many motel horror movies, i guess.

One night stay.. no more than that!
When we first arrived there was too many people at the counter with two of them asking for information when checking in. Once we received our keys went to the room to be a little shocked of how outdated the room was. The jetted tub was not intended for two people not did it look sanitary to use (jets where water comes out look uncleaned), not to mention the carpet was pretty old where the fringes were coming out. Sitting g chair pretty old.. not enough light in the room even with 3 lamps. Tv worked when it wanted. Appliance looked used and not cleaned. Bathroom was missing the bath towels .. unless the half sizes ones were meant to be the bath towels.. not for adults maybe for kids. Also a little fabric softener goes a very long way! Tub and shower head need updating. Bed and/or pillows were not very comfortable.. likewise on the comforters and sheets fabric softener makes it better because the smell and roughness made it ver uncomfortable. The window opened when we looked out the window we found empty cans of beer.. not sure if that was the intention for this. Small improvements make for better reviews and better stay.. not sure who the new management is but hoping they can apply some of the remarks for those who stay in the future.

Nice stay
Place was clean , building needs an update. Hallway ceiling on first floor is coming down. Pool and jacuzzi area was pleasantly clean. The room was very clean . Smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling. Soda and snack machine where not working . I had a great stay and will go back on future trips. Thank you.
