We had so much space To stretch out with our dog. Clean and the beds were super soft. We like that we could watch TV in a different room. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn’t like was walking through 4 smoking people, I think a couple were employees to get in the room.

Squeaky bed really annoyed me, we needed a good nights sleep for a funeral the next morning. During check out the associate didn’t even ask how the stay was average as for customer service. . I asked the associate what the cost of room was and for a receipt and she wouldn’t tell me the total but said she could see it. She stated I’ll get receipt from whoever I booked with. Check in associate was very polite. As for breakfast the associate was very kind and stated they were out of food items which sucked but we ate the little bit that was there.

Check is was terrible and computer system wasn’t working. Then was called after 11:30 to 12:30 am in middle of night to go down and put my credit card on for $100 hold. After being a sleep for a few hours. Was very upsetting. Because the room phone was working and they couldn’t hear when I was talking! Just wanted a go night sleep before heading back home.
