Great location but not happy
I have mix feelings because the location was perfect with good connections to the city center via train or bus but I believe the photos show a very nice place which it wasn't for me. Also the bed in our room was advertised as queen size but in reality there were two mattresses in one bed which was very uncomfortable. I paid for breakfast but they didn't have that option on site so they refund me some money and left me with another worry.

Very noisy indeed, directly next to Wannsee train station. Room almost same distance from train as a platform. Room very hot. Advertised as room + breakfast, but no breakfast in reality. Decor all a bit tired. No hotel reception, you have to use adjacent shop. Maybe ok if you are slumming it as a student, not appropriate for business. Photo attached shot from inside room.

Wannsee is great, except that the rooms are on top of the train station. Noise, old and the reception hours are inconvenient. The internet is too weak, needed it for work and had to use the cell phone

The hotel is the top floor of light rail train station “Wannsee” hence is very well connected to the lake as well as to the railway downtown. Don’t expect a luxurious room but it’s clean and very reasonably priced, especially for Berlin. Parking is free between 18:00 and 9:00, otherwise free for an hour with a “Parkscheibe” (the blue thingy that should be in your car), but the spots are scarce. However with luck and good timing you can get a spot, especially in the evening. No breakfast, but there are restaurants and a bakery next door. I’m very happy to have stayed there. Sky Cable even enabled me to watch a German football game live. And that was real football, as it’s being played in the whole world except the United States (where it’s called soccer).

Hidden Gem with Italian Food
One should not underestimate the Hotel by its tired looks. It is ideally situated direct at the Railway Station Wannsee, which connects the South of Berlin with the rest of the country. The reception on 1st floor is friendly and usually even more often present than announced on the door. No lift, no helping hand, luggage can be an issue, especially as there is hardly any parking in front of hotel. The rooms offer basic comfort, are clean and serve the purpose of a business traveller, full hi-speed wifi, TV and a clean bathroom. The absolute plus is the Italian Restaurant inside the Hotel, which offers fantastic food and saves you any trip anywhere else. And if Italian is not your scene, just 400m down the road is Loretta, a traditional German Restaurant, Bar and Beer Garden.

Ideal Location for Business Travels
Conveniently located direct at the railway station, the position makes up for the occasional vibrations of passing trains. The rooms are spacious and 3-star basic, but somehow one does not miss anything except for maybe some decent amenities in the bathroom. But instead the powerful multi-spray shower head and the towel heater made up for it. The central heating worked well and the bedding was adequate. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the whole hotel as well as the room extremely clean! The experience was complete with the free Hi-Speed WiFi and makes this property highly recommendable for business travellers on a tight schedule....

Hotel is unmarked. No parking. Go through restaurant outdoor cafe to ask if its even the right building. No number. No name. Only restaurant name visible from road. Check in upstairs. Train brakes screeching and crowds blaring all evening. Quieted only after midnight. Start again at 6am. Desk closes at 10. We had car trouble and asked to use phone. Girl let us, but then left 5 min. early so she didn't get stuck there helping us. She could have let us use the phone. No one there in a.m. Drop keys in outside box. 4 Water cups in bathroom. all 4 crusty inside.

It was a very good value with convenient access to Wannssee train station. However, it is not located ACROSS the street from the train, it is next to the tracks. It was quite noisy ALL night as there are trains every 10 to 15 minutes. We visited in July, so without air conditioning, we had to leave the windows open. Not nearly as noisy with windows closed.

Lovely little hotel
The hotel is located above the train station.. that said, with the windows closed i only heard 1 train the entire night and barely. Staff was amazing!!

Great little hotel
A lovely clean hotel with great staff. room was very spacious with very comfortable beds. The only downside was that we had to park in a secluded road opposite the hotel. We will be booking to stay here again next year

Good hotel but...
Nice clean hotel with good staff, nice rooms...but...the hotel is right next to the train station. If you want to sleep - I do not recomend to open the windows. And our room was too far from wi-fi so I need to download data at the common coridor. Othervise perfect.

we stayed for 4 nights and while that whole time the wifi wasn't working which was bad for my boyfriend since he had to work online. The room was clean, service was ok, breakfast wasn't a good value for the price we payed.

Schrank kaputt, starke Abfluss Gerüche, durch gelegene Betten, wir hatten Glück zur Strassenseite, Andre Seite S- Bahn Regionalbahn, sehr laut, Laut Expedia mit Frühstück wurde aber keins angeboten, Rezeption nicht besetzt, nur bei Ankunft weil man anrufen muss. Rechnung nur auf verlangen, Heeeeee ?

Respassa ei ollut henkilökuntaa aamupäivästä. Aamiaista ei ollutkaan tarjolla syyskuussa, vaikka se oli myyty meille. (luvattu korvata?) Junien äänet eivät häirinneet, kun huone ei ollut aseman puolella. Kylpyhuone siisti, paitsi säleverhot kaipaisivat uusimista.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr schmutzig. Bettlaken hatten Flecken und auf dem Toilettendeckel lag ein Schamhaar. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht jedoch wurde uns dann bei der Ankunft gesagt, dass es dort kein Frühstück gibt. Des Weiteren wurde dort überall mit Sky geworben. Wir wollten dann einen Film auf Sky anschauen jedoch ist das System was die dort haben veraltet, weshalb man Filme auf Sky dort nicht ansehen kann.

Nähe U-Bahnhof?? Das Hotel ist direkt im Bahnhof! Der Bahnhofslärm ist nur mit Ohrstöpsel zu ertragen. Zimmer,Mitarbeiter und Frühstück waren gut. Keine Dauerparkmöglichkeiten am Hotel.

Es war die Nacht nicht möglich einzuschlafen. Zuerst haben 8 Polizisten auf dem Bahnhof einen Imigranten verhaftet und gefühlt ist die ganze Nacht die S-Bahn über 3 defekte Schwellen gefahren. Sollten wir noch einmal einchecken, dann versuchen wir es mit der Seite zur Straße. Bei diesem Bahnlärm freut man sich auf den Straßenlärm. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung war Anfang der 90er. Die Betten waren okay. Im Bad Zimmer-Nr 12 muss der Toilettendeckel befestigt werden. Man hätte mit Sky sparen und in bessere Fenster investieren sollen.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel am Wannseeer Bahnhof
Das Hotel welches eigentlich durch die Bahnhofsnähe gut gelegen ist, hält nicht was es verspricht. Dreckige Zimmer, zusammengewürfelte Möbel und ein unfreundlich und nicht sehr zuvorkommendes Personal hat mich schnell zu der Entscheidung kommen lassen das ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehle. Der Preis ist für dass, was man geboten bekommt nicht gerechtfertigt.

Einfach - für unsere Zwecke ausreichend
Die Pächter haben wohl vor Kurzem gewechselt und sind grundsätzlich bemüht. Die junge Dame mit den langen dunklen Haaren an der Rezeption war sehr nett und versuchte ein Frühstück bzw Care-Paket vor den offiziellen Frühstückszeiten zu organisieren, das scheiterte dann aber am Eigentümer. Letztlich ist nebenan ein Bäcker bei dem man sich auch selbst versorgen kann. Dumm nur, dass wir somit doppelt fürs Frühstück gezahlt haben. Die Größe des Familienzimmers (Nr:1= 1 Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett) war angemessen, wenn man das Bad ausklammert. Aber auch hier waren unsere Ansprüche niedrig und konnten nicht enttäuscht werden. Glück hatten wir, dass an dem Wochenende der S-Bahn Verkehr eingeschränkt war und es somit recht ruhig war. Das italienische Restaurant unter unserem Fenster hat moderate Öffnungszeiten, das haben wir nicht als Beeinträchtigung empfunden.

Stickige Luft in den Zimmern. Die nach hinten liegenden Zimmer haben unmittelbaren Sicht und hörkontakt zu den Bahnsteigen. Hier ist schlafen nicht möglich. Das Frühstück für 9,50 Euro ist völlig überteuert. Es war schmutziges Geschirr im Speisesaal. Die Sauberkeit auf den Zimmern hingegen war in Ordnung. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Gute Lage aber sehr laut!
Hatten für drei Tage ein Zimmer auf der der Straße zugewandten Seite gebucht, da es hier weniger laut sein sollte als auf der "Bahn-Seite". Die Lage des Hotels ist eigentlich sehr gut. Direkt an der S-Bahn gelegen, ist man in wenigen Minuten in Potsdam oder am Strandbad Wannsee. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nun aber zum Negativen: Bei hohen Aussentemperaturen ist es im Zimmer unerträglich heiß, da hilft auch ein Standventilator nur sehr wenig. Im Normalfall würde man die Fenster nachts öffnen. Dies war aber bis jeweils 2 Uhr nicht möglich, da das Personal des im Erdgeschoß befindlichen Restaurants nach Feierabend diesen "ausgiebig" beging. Neben lauten Gesprächen und Gelächter wurde phasenweise auch die Musik nochmal richtig schön "aufgedreht". Kurzum, einschlafen war in dieser Zeit nicht möglich! Wir könne dieses Hotel daher, zumindest im Sommer, nicht empfehlen!

Zimmer grenzt unmittelbar an Bahnhof
Wenig einladendes Personal, Zimmer zum Bahnhof Wannsee hin extrem laut (ein- und ausfahrende Züge, Bahnsteigdurchsagen, Stimmenwirrwarr). Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster war unmöglich!!! Sauberkeit ok. Internet ging in 5 Tagen dreimal über längeren Zeitraum nicht. Der Hotelname "Bonverde" ist irritierend, da er nirgends am Haus auftaucht. Außen steht "Wannsee Hotel" an der Hauswand... Wir mußten lange suchen, selbst der Taxifahrer vor dem Haus konnte nicht weiterhelfen!!!

Eher Pension als Hotel
Ich war zum ersten (und wohl auch letzten) Mal dort. Das "Hotel" liegt sehr schön am Wannsee und ist sehr gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar. Das sind aber auch schon alle Pluspunkte. Der Check-In wurde von einem jungen Mann vorgenommen, der kaum Deutsch spricht und wenn, dann nur sehr leise - kaum verständlich. Abgesehen davon roch er fürchterlich nach Schweiß,was ich als sehr unangenehm empfand. Die Bilder, besonders von den Einzelzimmern, die im Internet zu sehen sind, stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Winzig klein, mit einfachster Ausstattung. Das Bett war an sich ok, aber ein "stärkerer" Mensch dürfte Probleme bekommen; ich glaube, das Bett war nur 80 cm breit. Handtücher gab es auf dem Zimmer auch nicht; die musste ich mir holen. Die Bedienung des Fernsehers/Receivers war absolut unklar. Der junge Mann kam zwar mit,um mir das zu erklären, aber er kam selber nicht klar damit. Er wollte sich dann erkundigen und wiederkommen - ich habe ihn nie wieder gesehen. Eine andere Servicekraft am Abend meinte,daß es auf dem Zimmer Beschreibungen geben würde.Sie war dann blaß erstaunt,dass es keine gab.Das angepriesene WLAN funktioniert nicht.Fazit: nur zum schlafen ok, ansonsten eher abzuraten.Man sollte auch bedenken,dass man entweder zu den Bahngleisen hinaus schläft oder zur Hauptstraße,wo div. Busse anhalten/abfahren.Wenn man zur Straße schläft (wie ich),ist es etwas weniger laut,aber es fahren halt sehr viel Busse dort ab.

Service m.m. kritisabelt.
Det er meget svært at finde hotellet da der ingen steder på bygningen eller i området skiltes med hotellets navn. Det viste sig at indgangen lå bag en undseelig hvid dør i gavlen af stationsbygningen og iøvrigt var låst så man skulle rykke i døren flere gange for at gøre receptionen opmærksom på at man gerne ville ind. Parkeringsforhold er under al kritik. Man var henvist til at finde parkering i nabogaderne. Meget mangelfuld service i receptionen der ikke var forberedt på at man kom eller hvad reservationen indeholdt. Wifi virkede ikke og receptionen var tom før kl. 21.00 så ingen hjælp her.
