The room was not properly furnished. Our room was a double, but had only one chair at the bar and none for sitting or dressing. The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to to turn it off.

There was mice poop in the kitchenette, the room had a terrible smell and so did the property, like mariguana... I had to buy air fresheners to be able to stay there. The room was not so clean and things were very old and woren out. The beds were not hotel quality. It was more like a motel. Will not consider in the future.

I heard the manager talk about saving available rooms for 'sales' and they put me in building 3 where it seems that some people, who I am assuming are on welfare, live with their dogs etc which was not ideal due to the noise.

No waste cans, no soap, no shampoo. No washcloths, only two pillows, nasty...nasty...nasty. The bathroom needs to be remodel....matter of fact...the entire room needs a rehab....what a waste of money....terrible accommodations

Only issues where, the hotel staff made myself and a lot of other patrons wait an extra hour before check-in. Lastly nobody would ever answer the front desk phone. It seems like it was still on it's night mode even at 11:00 a.m.

30-40 minutes before check out time, room key and WiFi stop working, can not extend stay from the front desk, takes atleast 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk, no one answers the site phone number or the room phone calls, takes 2 weeks to get an free exchange of towels, and that’s just a few things

Not what is advertised. The room was empty of all extras no coffee maker no pots or pans for kitchen asked about extra towel was told 1 towel and 1 Wash cloth per person. Extra you must rent not what is on web site. I refuse to pay and went to buy towels. No TV remote had to call office multiple times and no one answered. When 2nd person tried to check in at 245pm office closed she had to call 800 number no help there. Finally got in. Got TV remote didn't work. Called office surprise no answer. Finally on last night there got a remote that worked. The room was not bad but for an efficiency suite total joke. I was in the area for a wedding got this room for fridge and stove to use to fix food for rehearsal dinner did not get to use except to store cake. NEVER AGAIN will be contacting the corporate office to file complaint
