Great house
The house was just as described. It was clean and had everything you needed. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been simpler! The views are absolutely amazing! From watching the sunrise and sunset, it never got old. We went Santa’s Village and Clark’s Trading Post, which were all close by (under 30 minutes). After long days walking around it was nice to come home, cook a meal and sit on the deck enjoying the views! Would definitely recommend and rent this home again!

Beautiful spacious home with beautiful views!
The view from the back of the house is amazing ! ! ! ! and the open floor plan on the first floor is comfortable and great for families. The bedrooms are large and spacious and there is bonus space in the basement! The house has some idiosyncrasies which make things interesting and fun. None of them interfered with our vacation, however! The home is located close to Bethlehem, Littleton, great restaurants and breweries as well as Franconia Notch State Park. Many other White Mountain destinations are within driving distance too. We had a great week and are already looking forward to returning!

Great house but needs updating
We stayed at this house two years ago (loved it which is why we came back) but felt there has been a decline. The house sleeps 10 yet the kitchen was missing large pots and serving bowls and there weren't enough wine glasses, which had not been an issue when we were last there. Also, a few of the burners on the stove didn't work. I had also messaged the host thru Vacasa, which manages the property, with a question the day before we arrived and never heard back. We just got home and still haven't heard back. The heat in the main room was an issue also - didn't get above 65 until our last day although it was very cold. The house has a beautiful view and we skied at Bretton Woods, which is about 30 minutes away, but it could use some updating and the kitchen needs some restocking.

Quick getaway
We had a lovely trip to the area to do a bit of hiking and check out Santa's village. The home was well appointed and the layout helped our families (we had a group of 8) feel like we were together but not on top of each other.

Clean and Spacious
We really loved the house and enjoyed our staty. It was clean, spacious and loved the furniture and decorations. We were not aware of limited supply for the trash bag and didn't plan for it but were able to buy it. So not a big deal. The only issue we had was the internet. Kids were not able to watch their show because of slow internet. They had online activities too which didn't go well. We did see a bear one day, was a great entertainment for kids for few mins but was scary at the same time.

Peaceful Mountain Retreat
We came here for a long weekend to go hiking at Mt Lafayette and then have a nice place to relax. The views were amazing, and the house was very spacious. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms, and huge open areas for people to relax with space but still be with everyone. I’d definitely come back, and recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

The property was great--home was spacious, clean and well cared for. The nice linens provided were appreciated, as was the extra like soap, etc. And the view out the back is just lovely. If we had a criticism it would be about the dim lighting and the colors. Improvements to those would make home perfect!

Beautiful
Despite a few set backs, the place was very nice. The communication was ok, but frustrating because there was no internet at first and the Outside shower Didn’t work. The view is spectacular and a nice get away.

Weekend hiking trip
A group of 5 of us stayed at this house over the weekend as a home base for hiking in the White Mountains. It was spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would have no hesitation about staying here again.

Phenomenal Property
One of the best rental experiences I have ever had! Property was even better than advertised. Exceptionally clean, great location, very well maintained. Probably the only time I have not had to reach out to management during a vacation stay. I would highly recommend!!!

A perfect Christmas stay
We had a group of 11 people stayed over Christmas. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The view is amazing surrounded by trees, yet it's close to local ski resorts. The kids enjoyed staying in the room with two bunk beds. I can totally picture how beautiful this place will be during the summer, foliage seasons as well. Will return in the future if this house is available. Thank you!

We had a great time, I do not understand why there is a garbage disposal that cannot be used. Put in a standard drain!! Then thermostats are very confusing.🤔🤔 there should be a larger TV in the family room and one TV up stairs and one in the basement, also one in the master bedroom. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Thank you for allowing me to book at such a short notice.
