The place is really quiet, not overlooked, with a superb view of the vineyards and the mountains of Languedoc. The land is fenced and the garden is nicely landscaped. the house is fully air conditioned. Good internet connection. It includes a kitchen with gas stove + oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine. a large living room with fireplace, sitting area with flat screen tv. 2 bedrooms with wardrobe and dressing room. Le vrai goût des vacances
Monsieur Guisti a été très chaleureux à notre arrivée et nous a bien orientés sur les sites à visiter aux alentours. La climatisation est vraiment très appréciable et les lits confortables. Nos deux chiens ont bien apprécié le jardin et la cour ombragée. Jolie vue sur le coucher de soleil. Un séjour idéal pour les familles avec jeunes enfants.

Maison mignonne
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison . Elle est mignonne avec un jardin agréable et une belle vue , nous avons bcp appréciée la climatisation. Cette maison est néanmoins très ancienne et a besoin d un bon rafraîchissement, de la modernisation et plus de propreté également . Notons aussi qu elle est éloignée de la mer et la rivière donc il faut prendre la voiture tout le temps. Pour ceux qui aiment la campagne et qui ne sont pas regardants sur l intérieur c est parfait . L environnement est calme et le propriétaire très sympa.

Super séjour à Puisserguier
Nous venons de passer deux très belles semaines et avons pu profiter du confort de cette agréable maison. Rien à signaler, elle est très propre et accueillante. La location est très bien située pour découvrir cette belle région. Monsieur Guisti est très sympathique, disponible, de bon conseil et était ponctuel pour nos deux rendez-vous. Merci à lui. Si l’occasion se présente, nous retournerons volontiers profiter d’un autre séjour à la Villa Saint-Jacques.

Séjour agréable
La maison correspond aux photos mises sur le site. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et fait confiance à ses locataires. La région comporte beaucoup de lieux à visiter et offre de nombreuses possibilités de baignades, de balades, de voies vertes et de rivières pour des descentes à canoë. Un seul bémol, l'environnement est un peu bruyant quand on veut manger dehors.
