I had inadvertently booked the check in date as 18.6.2023 whereas my actual check in date should have been 25.6.2023( one week later).
To rectify this mistake, I called at the hotel number but such was the sorry state of affairs that even after calling continously for about 3 hrs, nobody answered the call. Many times the automated msg kept holding my call for about 10 minutes but no staff answered the call.
As a result, I had to forgo the full advance payment that I had made during the booking.
This is so unfair, customers should at least be given the chance to amend the dates instead of making them face so much hardship and lose their hard earned money!
