On a positive note everything in general was pleasant. The only downside experience was on Thursday, April 28th, 2024 at the lounge -the female and only staff serving in the lounge responded so curt as to be almost rude when spoken with about ordering a drink. As a result I left the lounge and went up to the Sports Bar on the 2nd floor where the staff are much welcoming, friendly and provided a pleasant customer service.

We had an amazing time. We loved the entertainment (Andy Grammar). However, the pool was too cold due to the poop heater being broken. The hostesses at the Bayview were not friendly. The bell hops/ and security were very helpful and friendly.

It may seem small but 3 of the 4 incoming lanes at check-in were marked “valet” and the 4th was for buses. When we reached the check in area the signs indicated the valet service had been discontinued. The directional signs for parking were not very clear. There were extra charges that were not disclosed until check in. These combined for a bad first impression.

The receptionist Amber was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a late check in and the area was very quiet. The valet was closed and we had to find our way to the parking garage. There was a long walk to the hotel elevators. The room was very clean and inviting.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were able to upgrade our hotel room and the rate was still affordable. The staff went above and beyond every day. The hotel smelled amazingly pleasant. I’m definitely planning to rebook with this hotel.

Really Enjoyed the stay & the fact MS Pat was the reason we stayed. It was a easy decision to pick a room in the same building. So ill be checking in for more entertainment to come stay there again. In which we drove over 200 miles to come see her.

Very nosy . I wasn’t told when I booked that the property was under repair. Very noisy. Front desk very rude. I was locked out of my room in the early morning hours before a meeting and front desk manager very rude when I had to the front desk in pj and socks because I didn’t have ID it was locked in the room, my key had to be reworked .

It was a nice stay the pool area was nice for the kids not a lot of food options rooms are a little outdated and was dusty the employees were very friendly and helpful be prepared to do a lot of walking overall my family enjoyed themselves

Several restaurants/bars were closed, leaving a very long wait for the only one open. Front desk staff was awesome! Restaurant staff was sad & grumpy except for Mary who worked breakfast shift. She is wonderful! Room bathroom was dirty, hair in shower, floors not clean.
