Perfect hidden gem
We could not have stayed at a more family friendly cabin. Every single person had an amazing time, from the 4 year old to the 41 year old. Thank you for all the small details that brought smiles to our faces!

Spring Break 2024
We had a lovely spring break here! The property was perfect for our family of 7. The only thing that was disappointing was the lack of firewood and charcoal for the charcoal grill. Apparently the listing needs to be updated to reflect that these things are no longer provided. However, we still had a great time overall. My little girls loved the dollhouse in the loft and the playset in the yard. And my son loved that he got to sleep in the loft. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

Great Family Getaway!
We loved the cabin! It was perfect for our kids and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend some more Disney DVDs and a baby gate if you have littles. The internet is very slow and service is minimal. We are planning another trip back.

Stone's Throw was perfect for our family of 5. Kids enjoyed the playset, and we enjoyed the wine from Patoka Lake Winery on the front porch swing. Had all the necessities there for you, and beds were fairly comfortable. Area was peaceful, but not overly private with surrounding properties. However, it's not an active area so it wasn't an issue. Home was clean and even had lots of games/movies for the family. There weren't any issues while we were there, just minor things like some knobs/switches/tower fan didn't work but these weren't a problem for us. While it certainly isn't perfect, it's everything it's listed to be and we would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Wonderful cozy cabin with everything we needed
We loved this quiet and fantastic cabin. The hosts have stocked it with pretty much everything anyone would ever need - Beautiful bedrooms with soft comfortable beds; All the kitchen plates, cups, utensils, appliances, and gadgets; TV/DVD/Internet/games and local attraction and eatery info. Well done!

Home sweet home while exploring the area

Great place
Every year my Girls Scouts (now adults) go glamping. The girls are all in their 30's and have been friend from the age 6. It's great to see them each year and the cabin was perfect for your our yearly glamping trip. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. We had a small group this year. I my self was a little concerned, because I have never used this company to book our trip and will use them again

A wonderful cottage! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about this one. Very cute and comfortable place that our family enjoyed. Would love to stay again when we have more time to explore the area. Nice easy drive to Holiday World.

GREAT COZY CABIN!!!
Had everything you could possibly need and then some! Very cozy and comfortable! Love the pillows and blankets!. The swing set in the backyard was a nice addition for the kids. Also "very" close to Patoka Lake Marina

Home Away From Home
I was very impressed with the property and the cabin. I usually pack everything AND the kitchen sink! This place had everything and more! We will definitely be back. I stayed there with my daughter, sister and her kids. There was plenty of space for everyone. It was nice! The coffee bar was great! We really appreciated having the pass to Patoka. The kids had a great time swimming while my sister and I caught up on lost time. It really was our home away from home. I appreciate the cleanliness and how well thought out everything was to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and homey as possible. Thank you!!

Quick Family Getaway

We rented the cabin because we wanted to be close to Patoka Lake where our boat is. The cabin was better than expected. We tried to book another weekend before school starts because my daughter and her husband are both teachers and my granddaughter goes back to Butler. We were said that you were booked up.

We loved our stay here. The yard and front porch is secluded and beautifully surrounded with nature. The inside couldnt be anymore cute with all the detail down to embroidered sheets. Everything you could need and want.

The cabin and grounds were perfect! The cabin was clean, looked just like the pictures and stocked with things I didn’t even realize I needed (until I needed it). Unfortunately it rained during our 2 days so we were not able to explore outside of the cabin. I look forward to returning and enjoying the outside, as much as I enjoyed the inside.

Nice weekend!
Very clean and well stocked cabin! There are a lot more neighbors and closer neighbors than I anticipated after viewing the pictures . However, it was still a very quiet and peaceful stay! We had plenty of privacy and quiet time to relax . The space inside the cabin is utilized perfectly. We took a weekend trip alone to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday together. We would love to come back and visit again with our kids! Great stay!

What a wonderful spot!
We loved our stay at Stone’s Throw cabin. It was a perfect spot for both adults and kids. We enjoyed the large backyard space and fire pit. We watched movies and played games indoors and took advantage of the Patoka Lake park pass. We’ll definitely be making a return visit!

This little cabin was full of surprises!
We were so pleasantly surprised by this cute little cabin. There were so many beds available and things to do. From playing outside with the kids, late night fires in the fire pit, and games provided inside, we had a wonderful little getaway with our children and grandchild. We will definitely plan another stay. If you want a fire in the evening, make sure to stop by the local JayC store and grab a couple bundles of wood just in case.

This cabin is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!! I stayed with my hubby and kids. We loved the place!! They have thought of everything you might need!! I worry staying places bc I'm a hot sleeper, the cabin had the ability to be so cool I was in heaven!!! You can tell it would hold heat good if you stayed in cold season. The porch and backyard are soo cute. They are also great for relaxing!!! I love this place and will rent again when I go back to Patoka Lake!!!!!

Our group of teens had a great time staying here because they could all stay in one room without bunk beds. This cabin has a great set up and was fully stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated the two picnic tables outside. This cabin is a true gem. We had a great day at Patoka Lake beach.

Beautiful cozy lil place
The place was great, I have no complaints other than the wifi didn't work very well and and the firewood rack was empty and looked like it had been for awhile. And if you book it off of here make sure you double check your dates. It's very easy to get confused but I will say Robert is very understanding and professional an will take care of you. I look forward to staying there again in the future.

A Must Stay Place
This was the cutest and awesome place to stay! Very quaint, clean cabin, tucked away from the chaos of any town, all the amenities we needed, comfortable beds, and the porch swing was perfect for my morning coffee. Patoka is close, the winery is closer, and French Lick Casino is only 20min away. If we are ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again!

Great little cottage
We stayed here for a little field trip with our kids - 2 moms, 4 kids (8,7,5,3). This cottage is small but had great space. It was clean and cozy and was even better IRL than in photos- which is something we rarely experience. The area is quiet and we explored Jasper and French Lick, so many things to offer. Highly recommend!
