Apartment is not available after payment
If you’ve spent days travelling to this apartment and then told it was not available and you’ve got no where else to go. Then this is the apartment is for you. I had to spend my nights on a friend sofa in Wolverhampton and only got part of my payment back which I’m still disputing.

Guest was provided a beautiful private room but decided to leave and said she wanted to go stay with a friend.. guest was charged only for one night stay and the remaining days was not charged. Guest had agree to this and later went back to ask for full refund. Normally guest wouldn’t receive a refund at all, but was offered refund for the days she never stayed. Guest never appreciated the gesture, then decided to write a fraudulent review. Apartment was provided for this guest, but she already made other plans. Thanks

He is a absolutely fraud! It's a just his private room! Has cheated £20 even we did not use anything! Left his room within 2 hrs as Hotel. Com helped us to move to another apthotel. It was a horrible experience!

Very dodgy guest, only paid for one guest but turned up with 2 extra guests and was not taking no for an answer. Had to cancel his reservation!

Finding the apartment was difficult but only because the cab did not take me outside but instead around the corner in the rain. Unfortunately I was given no information about how to contact when I was outside and the number on this page did not work. So I had to ring hotels.com and they eventually found me another number. Although this was a very stressful experience, once in the apartment the man who greeted me was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and had basic supplies. Was a nice stay overall and would definitely recommend.

This is not as advertised. You're booking a room in someones multiple occupancy flat that doesn't even have a lock on the door. I was due to stay for 4 nights but on arrival the lack of a lock and immediate request for cash for cleaning (its in the small print after booking) made me cut my loses and leave (Hotels.com will not reimburse pre paid rooms unless you confront the owner who claimed he could have rectified the issue, which to reiterate was a lack of locking room that has been an issue before as per previous reviews). It is in a convenient area but really isn't whats advertised, I can't actually believe its still on the site.

This is a fraudulent lidting
On Friday 21 September 2018, I booked this apartment via Expedia, having telephoned to confirm details of the listing - specifically, that it had two bedrooms, two double beds, and full use of all apartment facilities. I was reassured and booked the apartment for two nights, Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 September 2018 for 3 adults. Our party consists of a couple in their early sixties, and a single female in her fifties, visiting from Australia. After a 5-hour drive from Kent, we arrived at the apartment at approximately 5.00pm, to find that we were expected to share the tiny apartment with the owner/landlord. There was a small bedroom with one double bed, and when I enquired where the third person should sleep, he suggested that some people used a blow-up mattress. On enquiring about other facilities, he grudgingly suggested that we could use his kitchen if we needed to.

Guest has only booked for 2 guests but brought additional guests to the apartment.. I only offered an air mattress as a gesture of goodwill! The room is as advertised, thanks

Total scam
Do not book!!! Total scam...apartment isn't address given and you just get a bedroom in someone's filthy house. Very happy with hotel.com who refunded me.

Guest was given a one bedroom apartment. She tried to fraudulently request a refund from Hotels.com 2 days after checking out, even though she enjoyed her stay! Contrary to what she said, Hotels.com never paid her a penny! Thanks

Beautiful city centre apartment
I recently booked this apartment for a week, and was stunned to find when I arrived that I wasn’t hiring the actual apartment, but just one bedroom in the apartment where the landlord was living. As I am a private person I decided to cut my losses half way through the trip and book into a hotel for the final 4 days. Despite that I can review this apartment as being in a great location, the apartment itself really is nice with an en suite bathroom and shared use of the kitchen and the guy who lived there was friendly and helpful. So if you are happy to share somebody else’s space I can happily recommend, but I do feel like the advert should be changed and that it be made clear that the whole apartment is not for hire, just the one bedroom

Would highly recommend not booking here! As per the booking instructions, I contacted the owner 24 hours prior to our visit to be told to call 1 hour before arriving on our booking date. On the booking date, I called at 1.30pm to arrange to meet at the property at 3pm. He told me he may be 10 minutes late but by 3.30pm had still not met us. At 3.45 after being told how to get into the 'apartment' block, he said he would meet us by the 4th floor lift - went up and no-one was there. We had a venue to be at in the city for 4.30pm for which we had spent a lot on tickets and had to resort to changing in the toilets of a hotel on our way back into the city. This is not a 'beautiful' or 'city center' apartment. It is a residential block on the outskirts. After finding some alternative accommodation we spent £113 on a hotel in the city. Avoid at all costs!

Guest had contacted me on the day of check in and said she’ll arrive at ‘about 4pm’, I told her that’s fine! guest rang me again at 10 past 3 and to say she was outside the building.. I told her I wouldn’t be there until 3:30 - 3:40 as that wasn’t the agreed time! Guest got agitated and became rude over the phone - referencing check in time! I advised her that am coming straight from work which was why I had to know what time they arrive! Sent guest a message at ‘3:40’ on how to get in the building and which floor to meet me. Waited on the floor, but guest/elevator never arrived! Rang guest less than a minute later to find out where she was, and she said she already left? now that wouldn’t be possible given that it’s only been seconds! Guest lied and tried to get money off me; saying they had to book a more expensive place and I should pay the balance! spoke to Expedia immediately and they confirmed guest was lying and had made alternative arrangements through her friend the day before check in! Guest have decided to write me a bad review because she couldn’t get money off me! Please google ‘Broadway Plaza Birmingham’ and you’ll clearly see that this is the perfect location in Birmingham! Disregard this review made by a fraudulent guest!
