Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great as well. Room was clean and check-in took less than a minute. Very pleased with this hotel.

I have stayed at the hotel a few times now. The place is clean but a little disorganized due to remodeling. I did see that they added one new attachment for the cable machine, they need a few more such as a curl bar, V-Bar and rope. Aside from that, it's a good place to stay while you are in the Trussville area.

Great pit stop!!! Close to many things. Decor is pretty cool because of proximity to Barber Vintage Motorsports. Friendly staff, comfy bed. Clean, quiet and great water pressure and temp.

Our family spent the holiday's at the property to visit family and not overburden them with a house full. The property is at a very nice and convenient location for us. The staff and manager at the desk were not very helpful but the main complaint would be the linens and towels.

The location and access is ideal for this property. The staff and the training of the staff from the manager that I spoke with on down to the guest service agent at the front desk reflects very poorly on the establishment. Cleanliness of bed linens and towels should be free from what I would not want to guess the type of hair that my wife saw..

The location of the hotel for my Barber Motorsports Museum visit was excellent. The hotel was very clean. Glad to see daily room attention is back. Appeared to be in a nice safe area with easy Freeway access.

Arrived Friday night. When we got to our room we had no hot water . Communication with front desk was very poor. We were told that the hot water would be fixed Saturday morning. It was Sunday morning before we had hot water and very poor communication and attitude from the front desk.

They were in the middle of a renovation and didn’t have hot water for one night but they were super accommodating and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Felt safe clean enjoyed stay

We had no hot water during our stay. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, and even though the property seemed new, there were no charging stations or plugs available by the bed!
