Fabulous modern Hotel. Lovely rooms, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff and good location for exploring Bishkek.

Had a wonderful stay in a decent location, walkable to city centre, excellent breakfast each morning and wonderful and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had some issues with the door and shower (but nothing that spoiled our trip), and the neighbours above were noisy each night (nothing the hotel could have fixed). Very happy with our stay, would definitely stay again, and would happily recommend.

Trendy boutique hotel close to city centre
Arrived an hour early before official check-in time and decided to pay US$5 per hour for early check-in which was reasonable. Bugu Hotel occupies the first floor of the building and the lobby is decked out with designer-esque furniture and somewhat resembles a trendy London hotel. There's also a coffee shop just next door. Location is a plus. A 15-minute stroll through the neighbourhood takes you to Ala-Too square.

Bishkek gem
I stayed for three nights at Bugu Hotel. The room was wonderful, comfortable & pleasant to be in, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They make you feel like a “guest” in the best sense: cared for, a genuine desire to make your stay the very best experience.

Amazing boutique design hotel in Bishkek
The location, common areas, rooms, staff, amenities,....really everything about this hotel is fantastic, and definitely a stand out in Bishkek. I will be staying here again when visiting Bishkek!

Bon compromis suivant le prix
Très bon hôtel, très bien situé et les chambres sont spacieuses. Il est situé en rez de chaussée donc pas de vue intéressante mais c'est calme. Le petit déjeuner est très bon mais ce n'est vraiment pas pratique de manger dans les canapés car la seule table qui pourrait servir est utilisée pour y mettre les plats... Peut être un très bon choix suivant le prix qui peut étrangement varier du simple au double.

La chambre était très propre, confortable et au calme. C'est le petit déjeuner que nous n'avons pas apprécié : seulement 4 places assises sur des tables hautes, les autres sont obligés de s'assoir sur les canapés et manger sur les tables basses ! En terme de quantité, peu mieux faire, nous sommes arrivés après un groupe de 16 personnes et il n'y avait plus de viennoiseries (on a demandé si c'était possible d'en avoir on nous a répondu non). Le choix est limité (ça peut se comprendre vu la taille de l'hôtel) mais les quantités sont vraiment trop juste.

Современный отель в тихом центре
Отель новый, номеров немного, отделка современная. Находится в самом центре, недалеко от центральной улицы, но в тихом месте. Номер оборудован всем необходимым, есть чайник с чашками. Немного удивил раздельный санузел, за счет этого душевая с умывальником очень маленькие.
