Super friendly front desk, personnel, hotel has had a fresh paint job inside and smells really nice. I’ve stayed at this property several times and will continue to stay here when I’m working in town. I also like the fact that Perkins is attached to the hotel so you don’t ever have to leave to go eat.

The property had a large pool, a bar with games and a restaurant all connected. It was fun.

The first room I was given had a distinct pet smell. The manager was very attentive and was happy to move me to another room, even after being in the first room for a couple hours.

Overall, our stay was fine. Clean, comfortable room. Nice pool. The fitness room bicycles need attention and instructions would be helpful since they are not the usual bicycles found in a motel's fitness room. We were disappointed that the breakfast offerings were either "To Go" or 4$ off in the attached Perkins resturant.

We only booked this property because the listing said they had an EV charger we drove through the night and arrived at midnight to find out they had no EV so we left to find a new hotel. Very frustrating. Got no sleep.

I am sorry for the miscommunication on the EV charger. I have not seen on any of the websites where it is saying we offer chargers. I would love to get them in the future but as of right now we do not. Again, I am sorry for the miscommunication.

They did not tell us when we checked that there was no maid service, you have to ask,they should have told us when we checked in. No hot water in the shower, plus when done with shower the floor was soaking wet, & I mean wet, it was a walk in shower but what a mess. Also the 1st night the TV was not working, it would not turn on. Went to front desk she said I will give you a new remote, so as she handes it to me she said you can program it, I am sure it easy, I said no one come down to help, she stated they dont have anyone. Went back to the room it took about 20 mints to get it right. She never call back to see if we got it. The same lady who checked us in on 9/7 was not very helpful, acted like we we making her work for sign in. I hate to say this but not well dress for a front desk person. Saturday when we checked out the at the front desk the man had a big smile on his face, ready to work. We checked out early & he said no problem, just check back with me when the room is empty. He was ready to work because we were there.

Love the pool and the hot tub. Because of that and the super friendly staff we will continue to choose this hotel anytime we are in Tomah. My one and only complaint is that the hotels breakfast is so sad. The grab and go leaves alot to be desired and after paying for the room I really don't want to pay for breakfast at Perkins after that. Please start serving a breakfast more fitting the best western name.

Refrigerator was not defrosted so not cleaned. Although listed as pet friendly we were charged 30 dollars for our small dog who we carried in a kennel to protect the room. NEVER ANYWHERE charged 30 for a dog. Front desk was abrupt

My room was nice and clean but some of the furniture was broken the desk chair was broke and leaned to the left when I sat in it but everything else was good.

Reserved a room here because it was advertised as pet friendly. My husband and I arrived very tired and couldn't wait to check into our room only to be told we couldn't because cats were not allowed. False advertising... should have been advertised as Dogs Only. Had to then search for another hotel.

We were there for 8 days and had maid service once. Carpets are worn, windows cloudy with some sort of film cracking and peeling. Mattress was good, but this place needs serious work.

The free breakfast was a room temperature bagel, a peanut butter cup, and a stale granola bar. With an apple, banana or orange. With room temperature yogurt and fruit juice. Had to ask for water bottle. The food from perkins ( a lower grade dennys), i had a cheeseburger that was cooked rare, and the American cheese still had some of the plastic wrapping on it, on the burger. The only good was the front desk guy let me change rooms and the bartender was easy on the eyes.

It said "pet friendly" but wouldn't allow me to bring in my cat. Should change advertising to "dog friendly" Paid for room in Expedia rewards, while they canceled the room they could refund the rewards. Waste of a free hotel night
