Very consistent, but some rooms are much nicer and bigger than others (at the same price). Also, they really really need a coffee shop or other dining options. The food stalls in the Union have very limited hours and staffing. Also, they need towel hooks lol!

I arrived early and was able to check in. The room is smaller than it appears in the web photos but is fine. I was disappointed there is nothing on property to get a late evening meal so I had to drive into the city. It is only a couple of blocks away from an event on the campus so it was super convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Most of the food concepts in the building close around 9pm, while our newly opened "The Vault Pub" does stay open until 10pm during the week and until mid-night of Friday and Saturday. But you are right, it is a very short walk or drive to downtown Bloomington, for other food and drink options. We look forward to seeing you back with us when you return to Bloomington, IN.

I had a lovely room but it was VERY NOISY. There were parades of people walking by my door 24/7. Also, we had a missing lightbulb, and I could not get ahold of the front desk. When we checked out, the clerk was absolutely sympathetic and offered to comp one night, and that made it better! I have stayed at the Union for over 20 years. I will continue to go back!

Very helpful staff at desk - (Blake) and location is extremely convenient. The rooms aren't big but have all the needed amenities (2 sinks) . Comfortable bed and beading.
