My experience was amazing

Went with just myself and my two children. Wonderful family resort. Staff were amazing at all times and so helpful. The location of our suite compared to the amenities was super convenient and the suite itself was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Tons of activities for our week long trip. Loved that the pool area was so close to the beach as the kids loved hopping back and forth. Food was always available and tons of options, but I have to admit the buffets were always a little chaotic. It was as if there were too many guests for the buffets. Staff did their best to keep up, but it was near impossible with the constant flow of families going in and out. The a la cartes were great! Food was amazing and staff were very hospitable! Aquagames park was a lot of fun. Unfortunately the slide we wanted to go on was shut down. The park items has a ton of sun damage and some wear and tear, but the facility is kept clean and surprisingly no line ups. I would absolutely go again, but likely with more family as this is very much a family place to go. Had a ton of fun and made some wonderful memories.

I had $250 on credit that it didn’t work, you have to spend money to be able to spend it. To do a reservation for the restaurants it always was a problem. The staff if you don’t tip them they will treat you like trash. Beside that it was a nice stay.
