"Lovely place to stay! Especially enjoyed the fenced backyard."

"The house is very nice and was perfect for our family stay. We stayed in the house for our trip to ride SXS’s on the Hatfield McCoy trails. The house had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family. The kitchen and living room were great areas too. The house was very clean. The pressure washer and outside seating areas are nice features of the house. The only downside to our stay was the train tracks, we got used to the trains after the first day."

"There was some confusion over reservation but host took care if it. Problem with water but host was getting it taken care of. Location was nice. Very steep dirt grassy driveway. Rain and snow could make it difficult if not impossible to to get up. No check in or check out instructions. No large garbage can outside. With all yhis said the host did all he could do to make sure we had what we needed."

"Easy check in. Great communication with host. Not super close to a Hatfield McCoy system, but we got to 4 systems without a Traylor. This worked out great for our group"

"Our family stayed in this historic property for a celebration of life of family members who passed away recently. The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. The trailer situation is quite ridiculous, as it states a 24’ trailer will fit on the property, this is true but not without messing your trailer up. We scraped every corner trying to get our brand new trailer in place, ended up having to leave it off site as it would not fit without damaging our trailer. You need to update...

"This house has even more space and charm than the photos convey! The house is situated on a nice, quiet street in a lovely area. I loved the roominess, tasteful decor, the screened porch and yard and more. The hosts were communicative and responsive to every need. In fact, they seemed to anticipate every need and desire ahead of time. This has been the best experience and we would stay here again and again!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, quiet, lots of songbirds and squirrels. It was stocked with movies, coffee and tea bags, a few sodas, and brownies. WiFi was great. We got to play games with my 85 year old mom in the kitchen. We went the wrong direction (my fault), but Anita’s directions were easy from I-77. We look forward to our next visit!"
