Staff are very helpful and suggestive. They protect the interest of stayers and make sure they have best overall experience. They are ready to help. The kitchen staff is also very helpful and kitchen area clean. Due to serving global stayers, a more variety of breakfast meal could be provided.

Very old and not so good. There is no view at all from the windows. There is no parking. But I can’t complain much as u get what u pay for as it was really cheap hotel

Location was perfect. Hotel needed some help. Rooms were fine. Halls looked dirty and unkept Front desk could have been a lot more welcoming and friendlier. Over all good value for money.

Good basic hotel near shops and restaurants
Great budget hotel right in the action down by the water, lots of restaurants, shops and you can walk to everything including both ports. Ask for more blankets because you just get a sheet. Staff was not overly friendly at all compared to the rest of Turkey. Breakfast was basic. Staff at breakfast was friendlier. Good hotel for an overnight if you are taking the ferry to Kos. They have updated the “small” rooms but still working on the halls. There are a lot of nightclubs around so this one is good if you want to enjoy the clubs but go back to a safe, quiet room minutes away from the action.

The location is very good and accessible to the bar street, food and all. The breakfast was good! And the room itself is nice and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommending Costa Viva Bodrum!
