The property was nice and our room was comfortable although it was supposed to be non smoking and there was an ashtray in it and a cig but in the window. No AC at this hotel and it was hot. The breakfast was ok but eggs were always burnt. The staff was very nice except for the lady who checked us in the first night. She was knida a snobby person, we had been trveling for 20 hrs by the time we checked in and she was less than friendly. Very good location and lots around there to walk to. Good parking. It was just hot with no airflow.

Great location near Lake Bohinj with easy access to bus station. Parking is somewhat difficult in the area, so the onsite parking was very useful. We liked that we could walk or take bus everywhere interesting. A number of restaurants and a grocery store right near by. Rooms and facility in good condition. One drawback, hotel is right outside where festivals/concerts/activities held - On Saturday night, one kept going until 2 am! Needed earplugs.

Overall this is a very good hotel. It’s location is amazing, just next to Lake Bohinj. The staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of choice for breakfast although the cooked eggs, bacon etc do look as though they have been standing around for a while. The hotel is very clean. The shower did flood a bit as there was no lip on the shower tray. The only qualm I would have is that the room could do with a kettle. I would definitely come back to Hotel Jezero.

Situated next to the lake with secure parking. A busy hotel in the centre “of the action”. Reception staff were excellent. My wife had a fall when walking and one of the ladies on the front desk immediately offered a bag of ice. Very considerate.

Amazing customer service!
Hotel Jezero has the best customer service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had an emergency in the middle of the night, and a staff member (Marion) personally spent hours helping us out. Even though the hotel was full the next day, they were able to move things around and accommodate us an extra night. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Perfect place to start your adventure
Hotel Jezero is amazing! Perfect central location, beautiful rooms with views, excellent customer service. We stayed here before hiking into Triglav for a hut trip. It was the perfect place to enjoy Bohinj and plan our route. They even stored our luggage for us while we were hiking. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Rather disappointing
The location is excellent. Close to bus stops and grocery store and lake. However everything inside the hotel isn’t as nice. Beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable old. Constant smell of cigarette smoke coming from outside. Somewhat noisy bar directly across the street. And breakfast was completely inedible. Staff was also super unfriendly.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The room was spacious and clean, the location was perfect, and the staff was kind. BUT, if someone asks, we would say that we would not visit this hotel again. Considering what we paid, the room was not satisfactory. The fridge was locked and you had to pay 2 euros per day for use. We have been to tens of hotels in our lives but never have seen this. Second, it does not provide any complementary water, not to mention no kettle with tea bags/coffee. Last, the bedsheet was pretty thin.

Great location. Nice size room Room had balcony but no view. Nice breakfast and parking directly behind hotel. Elevator but not directly to your floor, Nice staff for check in and out.

Everything was great from the service, to meals, to cofort and cleanliness. The pool facilities were nice, however the fitness center was a joke. They should not advertise that, or upgrade it.

The location was difficult And further from Lake bled than anticipated. The lake was nothing special. The reception staff was friendly. The wait staff was rude and unfriendly. It is not a very good location for travelers.

There was a pub across the road pumping very loud music until 2am. No air con so the door needed to be open as it was humid. Stupid and I had no sleep at all.

Ideal situation for Lake Bohinj
The room was a little small but perfectly adequate as a single. It was kept clean and the water was always hot. Good breakfast provided, as you would expect from a four star. Facilities included bar and restaurants. There was an evening buffet for €15 - best to get there at the start. Also a swimming pool which they opened a bit earlier on rainy days (i.e. all of them on this occasion!). I must especially mention the personnel, who were always helpful and left a good impression. And the location - perfect for lake Bohinj. So very satisfied overall in spite of rotten weather and would book again.

Excellent service and location
Located immediately next to Lake Bohinj, and adjacent to the bus stop to/from Bled, Kranj and Ljubljana. Rooms spacious with balconies. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming, dinner choice including drinks were excellent. Incredible value for money, highly recommended!

The hotel had a great location, but these are the worst mattresses I’ve ever had at a hotel. I had 2 beds in my room, so I put them together and slept in the middle.

Great location, nice staff. Average room.
Great location alongside the lake. Room was a bit dark, even with the balcony, because the roof line came down over the balcony blocking a lot of light. Breakfast was average, nothing overwhelming but fine. There was a sign saying that you can’t pack a lunch. Too bad. With all of the hiking to do, it would have been nice to at least pack a croissant and ham sandwich, but I understand the restriction. Just be aware, so you'll need to go to a cafe to get a sandwich to-go before your hikes All in all, a nice place.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel is in a beautiful location. Right at the Lake Bohinj. I booked this hotel because I wanted to photograph the Mt Triglav and the surrounding places. I thought it would be closer to Bled for sunrise photography of the Church. It is 20-25 minutes away from Bled with no traffic. But, the lake Bohinj is beautiful specially at sunrise. The parking is free for the hotel customers, it gets challenging at times to park. But, the staff is very helpful, they made sure I get a parking every time I went out and come back. There are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. ATM machine is next to the hotel, the reason i mention it is because if you plan to visit waterfall Savica you would need cash (6 euros for parking and the waterfall). Also, the Vogel cable car is another attraction that is not that far (4.7 km) from the hotel.

Unbeatable value for money!
Advantages: - location - clean - friendly customer service - free and saficient car parking - good food! Healthy and plenty of choice. Half board is recommended. - close to equipment renting shops - good central point to reach other attractions in Slovenia - great views for photos at the Bohinj lake ( don’t miss sun rise and sun set)

A stone's throw away from the beautiful Lake Bohinj. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Could get a bit hot in the day during summer as the room had no air conditioning and standing fans were not available, but temperature was pleasant at night with open windows. Decent breakfast buffet but rather mediocre dinner buffet.

Fantastic stay!
This is in a beautiful and quiet setting. There is a lot of hiking near by. The people are wonderful and very helpful. The food is good. The hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. It is a wonderful place to stay!
