First stay at this property and only for one night. The staff at the front desk and in the dining area were professional and friendly. Check in was smooth. The room and common areas looked like a recent remodel. Had dinner in the dining room. The menu was varied with many options and our meals were excellent.

Property is in convenient location to many places in Meridian.
We did not like the extra charge for parking.
We stated to the agent at the front desk that we will not return to this property due to the parking charge.
We will seek other lodging that does not charge for parking.

Called prior to booking to inquire about pet stay. On the phone the hotel manager said no problem, just a small form to fill out. No mentioning of any fees. At check in I got presented with $85 pet fee comparable to the cost of the room. Manager said this fee is posted on Expedia. Made him look on Expedia and it said $10. He blamed it on Expedia being inaccurate. Unbelievable.

All fees are listed on the sites we control, but not clearly listed on sites outside of our control. Well, for half the price, I could have stayed across the street and gotten free breakfast, parking, coffee, water, a hot tub, and better beds. 700 for 3 nights with minimal amenities, and 26 dollar burgers is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be staying here again.

Stayed here several times and always liked it. This time it wasn’t great. They charge for parking now, only $5 a night but it’s ridiculous for Meridian, Idaho. This is not downtown Boise. Rooms are being renovated and there is some boise for sure. Rooms are definitely tired and in need of updates. With so many other options that are cheaper near by, I think I’ll try somewhere else.

I needed to book a room for a friend who was coming in from out of town. The hotel was lovely and the room was very comfortable. My friend said she slept better there than in her own home! The staff was lovely. And it was a great help to have a restaurant onsite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
