Room was reserved well in advance. I checked room prices and found that they changed frequently. Always less than what I booked. May be an Expedia issue. The “suite” room which cost more was not laid out well. Just a long narrow room. The sink was not even in the bathroom, Just a toilet and shower/tub.

We were given a room that was on the first floor next to the exit door. The door was very loud when it closed. It woke us up every time someone came in or out.

The rooms were clean. The pillows were a little flat and breakfast wasn't the best. The pool was very cold, but overall for the price it was good.

Great room great staff
I really liked the room for the price we got. It had everything i expected. Only negative was the 3rd floor only has a thin curtain on the windows which caused alot of glare on the tvs and we were watching the superbowl. Plus it made alot of sun come through in the morning. Not good for sleeping in. But other than that staff was friendly and helpful and room was big and accomadating . Id definitely stay here again

Pool or no pool? Get it together La Quinta
I booked this trip with two rooms for two families to give them a Christmas present of swimming during the winter season although I checked the website and it said the pools were under maintenance I called your service line and said I need to verify that the pools are closed or open they put me on hold said they called the front desk somebody who spoke to me said front desk they said no indeed the pools are open and you may come so we made our booking when we arrived at the hotel at 9:00 on Friday night ready to swim they said the pools are closed I said well I checked with someone online and they said they were open and now they're saying they're closed and the whole reason for this trip was swimming so we had to cancel and go find another booking very quickly that night and we did and enjoyed it you would have enjoyed staying at La Quinta I don't know how the rooms in cleanliness were because we didn't get to stay and it was very disruptive to our trip thank God somebody else had some openings.

-The pool was closed and we didn't get any notice through hotels.com. The pool was the main factor in choosing this hotel. -I asked the front desk clerk for a couple extra pillows for the kids sleeping on the sofa bed. She gave us 1 pillow and told me that "if" they brought more they'd knock on the door.

We contacted any guest with a reservation so they could cancel with our penalty if they wished to make other arrangements. We booked with the intention of using the pool because my 3 older kids love swimming. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance. At our last stay we had a not so pleasant experience from the pool and didn’t even get reached out to by management. It was late and we weren’t about to cancel and find a be hotel. I booked here again hoping to give it another shot. 1 disappointed the pool was closed and online didn’t mention anything of it. Once we got to our room, it was freezing. The thermostat was set on 50! I had a baby with us as well and had to keep him bundled up until it warmed up. In the long run it wasn’t a huge deal, but would have expected it to be a comfortable 68-70 on heat considering it’s January. The tv remote after using and looking at to find the correct button to use was quite frankly disgusting! I understand cleaning crews maybe don’t think to properly clean these, but this one had grime and cross in between the buttons. I am not OCD or a clean freak, but with 4 children I tend to look at that stuff more. HIGHLY suggest the cleaning crews add this and the phones to their deep cleaning lists. Lastly, 2 of my kiddos shared the pull out couch bed. There were no sheets or extra pillows anywhere in the room. Some might say a simple resolution would be to go down to the front desk to get some. But that’s not the point. If a room has a bed it should have linens in the room. I was also alone with 4 kiddos and didn’t want to leave them alone in the room.

We onntacted everyone with a reservation already in place so they could make other arraingements if necessary. We apologize that upon arrival, you were unware of the pool closure and we are happy to help guests choose a hotel that would accommodate your needs better. We are eager to help with any additional linens needed for rooms that have a pull-out sofa bed. Our staff is sorry for those issues with your room and hope you will again allow our team to host a better stay for you and your family.
