We contacted any guest with a reservation so they could cancel with our penalty if they wished to make other arrangements. Aaron, We had planned for repairs to take place in our pool room back in Novenmber. Our management tteam asked all our partner sites to broadcast this for folks making reservations. We onntacted everyone with a reservation already in place so they could make other arraingements if necessary. We apologize that upon arrival, you were unware of the pool closure and we are happy to help guests choose a hotel that would accommodate your needs better. We are eager to help with any additional linens needed for rooms that have a pull-out sofa bed. Our staff is sorry for those issues with your room and hope you will again allow our team to host a better stay for you and your family.

As a pet-friendly hotel, we are sensitive to some pets acting out when faced with unfamiliar territory and sounds.
