It is a very busy hotel. The breakfast room was very busy in the morning. Shuttle to and from airport was a bonus.

The hotel was clean and had a really good breakfast in the morning but the added cost of parking at the property when you are already paying for the expensive room is a little too much money we reserved the room at a price on Expedia months ahead of our visit but it was not what we paid for the room on the night. I don’t want to say it’s not a good place to stay it’s just the extra costs.

We typically stay here because the airport shuttle makes traveling so much easier for us. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. We also enjoy the breakfast.

AVOID THIS PLACE: They over booked the hotel and turned us away at 1 AM even though we booked it one month in advance. We even called at 11pm to confirm we would be checking in late, and the front desk said we would be okay. However when we came in at 1am and tried checking in, the front desk said they were overbooked and had no rooms. They were extremely unhelpful and just turned us away. They did not help us find any other place. We had to call 5-6 other places and only found a motel 20 minutes drive away. Luckily we had rented a car, if we had ubered it would have been much harder to get a ride around 1:30am. There was another family stuck in the same situation who was still calling places when we left.

Airport shuttle was very convenient and efficient. Used it both to and from airport. Wish they had some sort of dining for late night arrivals. Many flights were delayed because of the weather. At least we had some sort of food delivery service.

Staff failed to hold room for our late arrival after connecting flight was delayed (this hotel serves Boston Logan airport), despite a call to the reception during check-in hours (7:30pm) to do just that. The room was rebooked, and the hotel was full when we arrived around 3:30am after 40 hours enroute from overseas. To add insult, we had been informed by the same clerk that the shuttle didn't run between 2 and 5am, so we paid for a taxi only to arrive as a shuttle was unloading (the reception hung up when we called from the airport to confirm the shuttle wasn't running, so we hired a taxi based on the previous info). The clerk on duty claimed he was not the person we had spoken to, and attempted to find an available room at nearby hotels without success. No apology, refund or credit was offered, only the name of a manager we could call later

The hotel was ok and I was happy it provided a shuttle to the airport. It was not located near any restaurants and no food options were provided inside the hotel. But for a one-night stay, it was fine. It did provide a hot breakfast option.

The hotel overall was good. The room is nice and the bed was pretty comfortable. My only bad experience was that in the morning around 8:15, someone attempted to enter my room without knocking. I’m not sure if it was housekeeping but luckily I had the top latch out so whoever it was couldn’t enter. I looked through the peephole but I didn’t see anyone. I decided to call my friend and asked her to stay on the phone with me as I got ready to leave. I ended up leaving shortly after that weird experience because I started feeling unsafe.

Room was clean and nicer than the elevators and halls and reception desk would suggest. As an airport hotel, the shuttle gets overfill at certain hours, so an Uber was more efficient and reliable for me. Reception staff were very friendly. The quesadillas I had for dinner in the bar/restaurant was outstanding! Great service there too. Hot tub was under maintenance which was a disappointment because it was one of the reasons I chose that location for a very sore post-move drive across country experience. Bed was comfy for the 4 1/2 hours I was able to sleep.

Shuttle service to and from airport very good and reliable. Motel itself was fine, location was very limiting on availability to walk to find somewhere to eat. They did offer a small menu to order from in their makeshift bar but it was just something to fill the void. Their continental breakfast though was very good with wide selection of food to choose from.

Close to the airport-we arrived later in the evening and the lobby and front entrance was packed with people hanging out. Staff was nice and pleasant. Good enough for the few hours of sleep we needed before our flight. Not as nice as the other Hamptons we have been to
