“Excellent Hotel”

I stayed in the hotel for a week during a conference in mid-Sep and found it a great place to stay in many ways. It's easy to access from the airport. They have a free shuttle to pick you up if you are staying in the hotel. Simply call their number (for free) from the airport hotel information site. It's close to the Andrew Subway Station. It takes abt 5 min walk. If you are going to the station, there's a shuttle to the station every half an hour. It is not in central area but didn't take long to reach most places by Subway. I can't wait to mention that their breakfast is wonderful! I miss their breakfast so much! The eggs, the beef and the puff... You may find similar variety in another hotel, but not in comparable quality and taste! The staffs are very friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. The room is very clean and well equipped. Free wifi, microwave, fridge, coffee, etc. My room is facing the highway, but it was very quite! I didn't notice the background sounds unless I tried to listen. The neighborhood has supermarket, pizza place, barber, and donkin donut. You can see houses of England style on the way to the subway station. My observation is that the area is in general quite safe. I usually walked alone back to the hotel after 10pm. It is not a busy area, but not too worry either. One of my local friend said the area is not as safe as the Broadway station. But my another local friend also told me that the subway routs generally avoid real problematic zone.

“Best cost-value hotel”

Staff was VERY nice. Room was kind of small, but it was more than enough for us. Good breakfast, very clean rooms. We stay for 5 nights and no complaints. Close to the subway station.

“A great spot”

This hotel has one of the FINEST Continental Breakfasts I've ever enjoyed. The staff is knowledgable and excels at service. They even have a special map that they have made up to get you back to the airport. The Holiday Express is located on the side of a really nice shopping center, which gives you a nice choice of eateries and stores. The neighborhood is super safe and the parking is very convienant. It deserves all the stars you have!!

“INcredible service”

The staff in this hotel, in Dorchester, MA, were like the kindest of relatives. They took care of our needs, including a room change, due to our daughters housing change, without a hitch and without a grumble. This would be my choice of hotels any day.

“Nice, comfortable stay!”

We stayed at this hotel to attend the St. Patrick's Day parade in south Boston. This was our first time ever visiting Boston, and we were pleased with the friendly service at the front desk. They also let us check into our room several hours earlier than regular check in time because we got there early. Our room was very clean and well-kept. The mattress was very comfortable and the linens were clean and comfy. The TV was a flat screen LCD and was very nice compared to other hotels we've stayed in. It was quiet, too. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Great location - few minute walk to the t. Safe as can be. No problems. Clean hotel, nice breakfast. Needs more seeting though. Clean rooms, comfy beds and nice size. Great parking. Couldnt be nicer at the desk, they asked a few times if everything was ok with our room and stay. Couldnt ask for anything more!

“Great Boston Alternative”

I was attending a convention at the Seaport, so this is the perfect place to stay - 8 minute no-stress drive to the Seaport. But it's also a great alternative to staying in Downtown Boston - since there is a T stop just 2 blocks away
