This 4 bedroom villa with pool has spectacular views over the Istrian countryside. It sits on the edge of the picturesque village of Rogovici. Outside there is an enclosed south facing patio area for outside dining. The accommodation consists of a spacious and well appointed open plan kitchen, dining and living area. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. First floor bedrooms have access to a sun terrace with fantastic views of the countryside.

A large supermarket, small shops and local restaraunts are within a 4 minute drive. Porec and Novigrad are seaside towns and only a 10 - 20 minute drive away.

Amazing!!!
Lovely house with relaxing countryside views. I think it was recently redecorated and styled. Kitchen was beautiful. We worked remotely there for a while and WiFi was great. Looking to go back at the end of the summer. Food and wine around the around is amazing. Even truffles!

Tolles stylisches Haus zum Relaxen
Langes Mädelswochenende zum Chillen Was für ein tolles Haus. Zu schade, dass es noch zu kalt für den Pool war, aber den werden wir im Sommer dann ausgiebig testen, wir haben direkt gleich wieder gebucht. Die besten Parties finden ja bekanntlich in der Küche statt und in diese wunderschönen Küche kann man den ganzen Tag verbringen und ne tolle Zeit haben. Das Haus liegt toll in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist optimal um runter zukommen. Alles war sauber, toll möbliert und dekoriert. Genau unser Style. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere nächste Reise dahin.

Etwas Nervös ... Absolut 5 Sterne
Wir hatten ein wenig ein komisches Gefühl als wir zu dem Haus in Rogovici fuhren auf Grund ein paar schlechter Bewertungen. Aber wir wurden positiv überrascht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und scheinbar auch etwas durch neue Kissen, Bilder und anderen Dekosachen aufgepeppt. Und diese Küche, einfach ein Traum. Wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Wir haben 4 tolle Tage dort verbracht. Der Eigentümer war sehr herzlich und hat unsere Fragen alle sehr schnell beantwortet.

This property exceeded our expectations which were already high. The property in person was even more impressive than displayed online. It looked like it had been recently refurbished in all areas and there’s was no expensive spared by the owner or whoever owns this property. The location was perfectly private but only a short drive to anywhere and anything you would want to do whilst on holiday. It was clean and tidy and the kitchen had anything you would need for a holiday stay. We would highly recommend a stay here and we certainly look forward to going back in the future.

So good that we hope to visit again!
We had a fabulous time at the Villa Serenitas, so much so that we decided to extend our stay! The Villa is situated at the end of a quiet, traditional village and is not overlooked so feels nice and private. It’s a good location, with everything easily accessible by car, for example Porec is only 10-15 minutes away! Prior to arrival the owner had provided very comprehensive set of instructions and a guide to the local area, which was most welcome. Inside, the house is finished to a high standard. We found everything we needed to facilitate a prefect relaxing break. I’d highly recommend this Villa. We’ve stayed in a number of villas across Istria and this one is easily one of the best!

Grossartige Villa, toller Urlaub
Das war wirklich ein wundervoller Urlaub. Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf, von wo alles sehr gut erreichbar ist. Auch sehr gut gelegen um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Die Villa entspricht zu 100 % dem was im Inserat angepriesen wird. Viel Platz, eine tolle Küche und ein sehr schöner und gemütlicher Pool mit einigem Umschwung. Das ein- und auschecken verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Im Vorfeld hat uns der Vermieter auch viele wertvolle Tipps zugesandt um in der Umgebung etwas zu erleben (Einkauf, Restaurants etc.). Bei Fragen war der Vermieter jederzeit erreichbar und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Sehr freundlich! Wir kommen wieder.

erholsamer Urlaub
alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, Traumküche - alles wichtige vorhanden, oberer Stock 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer (bei einem fehlt leider ein Schrank) mit großem Bad, Erdgeschoss Schlafzimmer auch ok, WC und Bad auch, Außenbereich alles bestens, genug Liegen inkl. Sonnenschirme, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, Pool sehr sauber, wird jede Woche gereinigt und Wasser kontrolliert, Rasen sehr gepflegt, Hausmeisterteam kommt auch regelmäßig, sehr flott und schon wieder weg, trimmen, mähen sauber machen, auch sehr freundlich, Reinigungsdamen auch pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin. bemüht, freundlich, alles bestens, als Urlaubsziel empfehlenswert, meine Damen ( Frau, Mutter, Schwiegermutter, Stieftochter mit Enkelkind waren alle sehr zufrieden, danke - gruß Toni B.

Wir wollten eine grosse Villa in ruhiger Lage,auch für Hunde geeignet, was für dieses Objekt voll zutrifft,da es komplett umzäunt ist. Die Zimmern waren modern und gut eingerichtet. Die Bäder und die Küche waren auf neusten Stand. Das Grundstück und die Poolanlage waren in einem gepflegten Zustand. Shoppingmöglichkeiten befinden sich mit dem Auto 15-20 min in Poreć oder Novigrad entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich mit dem Auto keine 10 min entfernt.

Sehr enttäuscht!!! Entspricht bei weitem nicht der Beschreibung
Die Vorfreude auf dieses Haus war sehr hoch. Als wir am Haus ankamen war bei allen die Enttäuschung und der Frust sehr groß. Somit war der erste Eindruck absolut negativ behaftet. Das Haus kam uns vor, als wäre nach dem letzten Besuch nicht gereinigt worden. Überall war Dreck zu finden, auf dem Fußboden, in den Duschen, auf den Waschbecken in den Badezimmern. Als erstes haben wir uns dann den Staubsauger genommen und das Haus gesaugt. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben keine Kleiderschränke, folglich musste aus dem Koffer gelebt werden. Das eine Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss nicht mehr als eine Abstellkammer, wo ein Bett gerade so reinpasst. Man schläft dort mit dem Warmwasseraufbereiter in einem Raum und aus der Wand ragen ungenutzte Rohre in den Raum. Somit haben wir das Zimmer nicht genutzt und dafür zu dritt in einem der oberen Zimmer genächtigt. Die Küche hatte entgegen der Beschreibung keine Kaffeemaschine und auch keine Mikrowelle vorzuweisen, was sehr zu unserem Bedauern war. Außerdem stand beschrieben, dass die Küche für Gäste vorbereitet sei. Das entspricht aber nicht den Tatsachen, denn einfache Dinge wie Salz & Pfeffer oder eine Küchenrolle oder Spülmittel sind nicht vorhanden, und das in diesem Preissegment. Weiterhin fielen am Tag 1-2 Mal die Sicherungen im Haus raus, sobald man kocht und dazu auch noch die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen nutzt. Der Pool wurde während der 10 Tage kein einziges Mal gereinigt, in den Ecken hat sich durch die Benutzung immer mehr Dreck angesammelt. Die zwei vorhandenen Sonnenschirme waren auch mehr schlecht als recht. Einer von beiden war gar nicht nutzbar, weil defekt (das Gestänge gebrochen), und lag bei unserer Ankunft einfach so neben dem Pool auf dem Boden. Der zweite Schirm war zwar funktional, aber der Schirmständer war behelfsmäßig mit irgendwelchen Pflastersteinen beschwert. Das macht sich bei einem Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern nicht gut. Der Raum hinter dem Haus, in dem die Waschmaschine steht, ist verdreckt und wird als Abstellraum für „altes Zeug bzw. Müll“ benutzt. Darin wollte niemand von uns seine Wäsche waschen. Von den auf den Bildern gezeigten Loungemöbeln war nur noch eine Couch vorhanden, aber ohne ausreichend Kissen. Der Loungetisch stand defekt im Poolbereich. Auch den Hängesessel auf den Bildern sucht man vergebens, den gibt es nicht. Die Teppiche auf der Treppe und in den Schlafzimmern haben sehr viele Flecken. Die Wände sind ramponiert und haben Flecken. Nie wieder dieses Haus!
