Room was very dirty. Used disgusting toothpaste was not cleaned off counter by sink. Bathroom had not been cleaned. My wife had to clean the commode before she could use it. Floor and tub was dirty. Coffeemaker was full of dirty grounds and couldn’t be used. Very disappointed. Will not use a Quality Inn ever again. Nor will other family members. I don’t think anyone is checking behind whoever is supposed to be cleaning the room. Both worker and Management complete failures. Again, very disappointed.

Check in was fine. Location was a little odd but not inconvenient. Hotel room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom also smelled of urine. Found multiple hairs in our washcloths. Sink was clogged and took a very long time to drain.

Only stay as last resort
Tim at front desk was kind. Room was filthy to me. Bathroom was disgusting. Mold, hair dead bugs in tub and floor. Walls were nasty. Look like something was opened and sprayed on the walls and never cleaned off. Old Mattresses stacked in pool area. Dawned on me probably due to bed bugs. I had booked for 2 nights and only stayed 1. Didn’t sleep well due to being concerned about bugs. Place needs to be cleaned and updated.

It was okay. We spent 2 nights. Breakfast nothing great. But I’ve had worse at nicer hotels. We just had confusion at check in because we booked 3 rooms and had to split when we got there. Beds were comfy.

Not the best!!
There was feces on the blanket. There was also shaving cream all over the curtains that had hair in it. And half empty bottles of shampoo and conditioner and the towels we’re really dirty.

My wife and I stayed there and it was not good. The smell of mildew hit us as soon as we walked in the room. There was cracks in the ceiling that were discolored. Stains all over the walls. Used soap in the shower with body hairs on them. The room was just not okay. There were no other hotels in the area with any availability, so we were kind of stuck.

The room smelled terrible, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the toilet or the bathtub leaked and has been for a while because the floors were messed up by it. The air conditioning worked though so that was the best part about it I guess. The beds were made but in checking for bedbugs I found that the mattress was dirty and the sheets were stained. I will not be back again.

The area was dumpy. There were vacant motel spaces with run down appearance. My room had an odor. After settling in I opened the microwave to find a complete mess. Beans piled and caked on the microwave dish. It was disgusting. I left the hotel and found another nearby which was clean snd well maintained. My booking was the “UnQuality Inn”. Only one staff on duty and he was very understanding but could do nothing but offer another room. No thanks.

It was clean but small. The room was small the bathroom was a good size. The road noise was terrible and the traffic was really bad. It was hard getting around during the week. Would not stay there again. Breakfast was okay but not great.

The room needs major upgrading. The towel was thread bare. One of the wash cloths had a brown stain (from who knows what). My room had a lot of road noise so ask for one further away. Lots of places to eat and get gas near by.

The room was decent but a smell was present in the room. We brought in some febreze which seemed to help. The next morning my niece had 7 bites on her ankle and leg. She didn't mention them to me until we were on the road when I noticed I had 4 bites on the bottom of my foot swelling up and one on my leg, swelling, burning and itching horribly bad. I thought I checked the beds upon arrival but they can hide anywhere. Suffered the 1st 5 days of vacation with bed bug bites~ NOT STAYING AGAIN..

The room smelled horrible and nothing was wiped off. The sheet was stained yellow and blanket had several stains including a blood stain on it and had to be replaced we had to carry the dirty blanket down to the office and pick up a different one. Disgusting. We slept we all our clothes on and left at 6am to get out of there. If there were other available hotels we would've left.
