Your reservation was in the middle of a long stretch of solid bookings and we had fallen behind on some items. That said, your constant badgering of complaints was ridiculous. You listed three perfect examples. Example 1: Complaining about the diameter of water from shower. It works as designed, but doesn’t meet your personal preference, so you complain and disregard the fact there are three other showers for you to choose from. Example 2: Claiming to have stayed in the Village for years, but complaining about landscaping. The outdoor areas are managed by the HOA and all condos maintained by the same company. Every condo in the Village is in the same condition. Example 3: Complaining about a broken ski rack in August. We will admit there were some items that we seek to have in better condition and they will be for future guests. But we were extremely understanding and accommodating during your stay while you were rude in much of your communication. This is by far the most hostile communication we have sent to you. There are plenty of guests that are more enjoyable to work with and we fully support you returning to the other condo you rented in previous years.

We are sorry there were cleanliness issues during your stay. We have addressed the issue of cleaning under the beds and don't expect that to be a problem for future guests. Regarding the dishes, we do ask guests to clean and return the dishes they use. The cleaning company inspects dishes periodically, but there is just not enough time to go through all dishes and utensils in both kitchens during same day flips.
