If you have to stay in this area. Please for your sake. choose somewhere else. The room was terribly dirty and rundown. The shower did have hot water. Not too sure the towels were clean. My girlfriend will never let me choose another hote againl. Not worth saving a few bucks.

Hotel is very old and could use some updating on the inside. The breakfast area looked dirty so we didn’t even eat. I was charged an early checkin fee even though we checked in 5 minutes after check in time. Also the front desk person did not tell me they were charging me for early check in. I just noticed it on my credit card statement. I also had to call the hotel at least 3 times because the deposit was not released. The 1st 2 times I called they said it was released and it should fall over called back after the 10 day period and they tried to blame it on my credit card not releasing it. I ended up having to file a claim with my credit card company to get the money refunded.

Staff was very friendly, thats was the highlight. No fridge or microwave. Kinda smelly, but bed was comfy. Just a place to sleep.

Change in management, the room was dirty, remote for tv was dead. Lamps and clock unplugged and had to move the i gh hstand to plug them in then found dirty q-tips on floor. Hair on bathroom floor. Locked door at night for lobby because of crime threat.pa rye king lot not in very good shape. AC not working well. Over all dissappointing f ty om previous owners and they charged almost $400.00 ffg or two nights in small town mn in nowhere land.

The room had a horrible musty oder, no fitted sheets on the mattress so you woke up sleeping on the mattress itself, front desk staff complained that guests were using the "coffee cups" instead of small dixie cups for the juice for what they called the complimentary breakfast. Overly priced for what it was.

First room had terrible smell, and what appear to be black mold around the air conditioning unit. I requested another room and the manager seem to have problems getting that done. Took about 20 minutes for her to figure out how to switch me and my family to another room. Her attitude was as if we were inconveniencing her with this request, unacceptable! The second room, the toilet barely flushed and the bathtub filled up with water when using because it didn’t drain properly, unsanitary. Also, the smoke alarm was missing on the wall. Unfortunate situation, will not be staying here again.

Dirty towels upon arriving in the bathroom. I am not a fan of Super 8. Poor service. Crabby staff. WAY too expensive on Expedia. Overpaid significantly. Plastic sheet on bed?? Under regular fitted sheet? What? Air conditioning was not working great. Ran into a couple in the hallway in the morning and greeted them with a Good Morning and the gentleman says NOT REALLY! I said I am sorry! He said this place is just terrible. That sums it up folks.

The property is old, no updating has been done. Two mattresses laying outside in parking lot. Ice machine that doesn’t work sitting outside front door. No ice available inside. Very hot day and no air conditioning in a 2nd floor room. Very hot and uncomfortable, had to go buy a fan. Just plain grim.

Our room was a non smoking room and it smelled so bad of smoke. We literally had to air the room out with opening the window and door, bedding stunk like cigarettes . Our hair dryer did not work at all. Will not be staying in a super 8 again .

The room was very minimalistic but ok. The shower drain was partially plugged so the water backed up into the tub while showering. Lots of yuck backed up with it. Not very impressive.

OK but disappointing.
I understand small hotel in small town. Had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the desk from the other part of hotel for registration. Then had no paper to print agreement and could not find paper, but let me check in anyway. Room was very sparse though did have microwave and refrig. Furniture was kind of beaten up. The heat was off but the wall unit heated it up quickly and I was able to choose for the fan to be on continuously, which I appreciate. The major disappointment was the plastic cover on the mattress below the sheet making the bed very hot through the night. Breakfast was quite sparse but kind of what I expected at this size hotel in this town. Morning desk clerk was friendly.

Our door was open when we got to it… opened it and entered to a bed with one pillow just tossed on the bed. Toenail clippings next to the bed on the floor. Dried up gnats on the bed. Brown stains on the chair. By the garbage can was splattered brown substance dripping down the wall. Beware if this place!!! We were doing a craft show in town and thought we would try this hotel for convenience. It was very disappointing.

Hotel was overall okay. HOWEVER they charged me an extra 160 which will now take awhile to be returned. No idea why they charged me 160 before i even arrived. Tried to clarify with front desk and noticed ny account after leaving that i was charged total again on checkout. Should have only been charged the second night stay as they precharged first night before arrival.
