Location was nice. We were in room 109 right next to the pool and we never heard noise from the pool which was nice! It’s an older hotel but it’s in such a nice location that we will be back!

The staff at the reception desk were helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and we were told our room would not be automatically serviced unless we asked. Even though, clean towels were provided once. But we were provided more than needed so that was fine. The property is right on Hwy 76 and within walking distance from many attractions. You can see the Titanic and King Kong hanging on the Wax museum from the hotel. Walgreens is next door (an excellent plus) and one of the best Branson souvenir shops we found is on the other side of Walgreens. I have no problem recommending this hotel, especially for first-time Branson visitors due to its centrality.

The room above us had children jumping off the beds, stomping and making loud noise. My husband brought it to the attention of the front desk, however, they advised that they were children and there was nothing that could be done.

Good breakfast, clean room, and nice pool. We stayed during the off season so the hotel was not busy at all. One of our neighbors was pretty noisy from 10pm to midnight. Other than that, no complaints.

could be better
hotel was good, breakfast was very good, pool hours were great closed at midnight, however Jacuzzi policy needs changed. as a adult male trying to use it to relax to have 5 very young (10 or under) little girls get in with you with no other adult, walking around splashing etc. made it VERY uncomfortable for me so I got out. in a pool I have no issues at all with kids being loud and splashing around that's what they do however in the close proximity of a hot tub is where I draw the line. This is the first hotel I have been to that allowed children in the hot tub as I was told by the front desk there are no rules for the hot tub, if you have young family this is a good choice for you, if you are an adult wanting to relax after a long day you may want to go elsewhere.

My only complaint with this hotel was the parking lot as well as it's entrance. If you go all the way to the end, there's no way to turn around so you have to reverse out. Additionally, the entrance is quite dangerous as it's a steep descending turn into the parking lot. It's so steep in fact that there's scratch marks on the pavement from where other vehicles scraped trying to get in or out. Aside from that, the hotel itself was very nice and the staff were always kind and helpful.

Hotel was short staffed of housekeepers so some things were missed: -The floor wasn’t vacuumed when I checked in. A nice lady came over to vacuum it, she initially worked the 2nd floor. My room was on the 1st floor -Shower/tub wasn’t clean thoroughly. Could see hairs on the soap holder and shower wall before I used it -Sprayed disinfectant in bathroom, had a urine smell

This property was tired and certainly not spic and span clean. Decor was very dark in the hallways and the rooms. The patio in the back had a door that locked and could not be opened from outside even with the room key. That is dangerous! The breakfast was adequate, but not particularly tasty.
