Perfect for a weekend getaway!
We stayed for a family girls weekend. Condo was small but it was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Check in and check out was super easy and location was safe and easy to get too.

Cozy little spot
Had a great stay at this condo, despite it being crazy hot in Branson! Very clean and nice property, with a cool location that was far enough away from the main streets that it didn't feel as busy as the more touristy parts of Branson.

You will love this property its quiet neighborhood, clean and friendly. The property is very well taken care of very clean. Great Place
The neighborhood was so nice and quiet and was fun going to walk down to the marina. The place was very clean and the host communication was great. The only downside was the curtains didn't keep out the sun in the morning and was very bright. Otherwise I loved it and would stay agian.

Beautiful location
We had a great stay and we will definitely like to come back. It is a great location and very peaceful. Easy to get to and from anywhere you want to go in Branson! Owners are very helpful, we had to change our booking at the last minute a d they went above and beyond what we needed.

Outstanding Home Away From Home
Our checkin was flawless. The location smelled wonderful when we walked in the door and the temperature was perfect considering it was 12 degrees outside when we arrived. I had not noticed in the description that there was a washer/dryer in the unit, so that was a pleasant surprise. It's a short drive to the main "strip", but well worth it. Uber Eats delivers to the location as does the local pizza places. Walmart is just a couple of miles away. The beds were clean and comfortable, TV in one of the two very nice bedrooms, and a TV in the living area with a lovely sitting room and the roll-out sofa bed was comfortable. The dining room looks authentic, complete with hutch and brand new cookware hiding beneath as well as a giant waffle maker! The kitchen is lovely with a full-sized fridge and microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher and coffeemaker. It's NOT a Keurig, but we brought our own (taking no chances). Overall I give it 5 stars for comfort as well as extremely easy and authentic communication with the property manager. We will stay again when we come back to Branson.

Clean but lacking
If you need a bed and a clean room, this place works. If you actually plan to use this as a place to cook your meals during your stay and spend any time in the unit, I would look elsewhere. For the most part the unit was clean. Check in was easy and the set up was as pictured. But most of the kitchen items were missing. She had some pots and pans, and a few bowls and dishes, but no baking pans or even microwave safe containers. What was worse, the knob for the oven is a replacement burner knob. We were preparing thanksgiving lunch there and I had to guess the temperature by feel. Thankfully we were able to manage. The knobs on the dryer were also replacement knobs with no way to know what dry setting you have it on. There are only small sheer window panels over the door to the patio, which means the sunlight floods in in the morning. So if you are using the loft bed or pull out there won’t be any sleeping in. I wish there had been some sort of blinds we could have closed. Also there was only internet television. The internet was spotty, and we did not connect our personal devices to it so that the tv would have connection. But since there is no cable or satellite, make sure you have a way to stream any programming you want to watch. Trying to watch the football game or thanksgiving day parade took more planning than we had anticipated, but it was doable.

Cameron my apologies, I should have contacted you prior to you arrival and let you know the kitchen was not equipped for cooking Thanksgiving meal. I know it must of been a challenge to get a turkey in that condo sized oven. I will request better oven knobs. I was aware some of the temperature settings had worn off. When we vacation we eat breakfast in, maybe sandwiches and soup or warm up leftovers. I supplied essentials but now see I need to stock more bowls and a larger variety of pots and pans for those who enjoy cooking and preparing meals for their family. This totally makes sense and I appreciate your input. I want ALL my guests happy. As for brightness of living room I will look into changing window coverings after the holiday. Pam and Ron

Branson review
Pots and pans were in such poor condition with peeling and deep scratches of not stick material they would be a health risk to use. The condo is extremely small with only one love seat for seating. The tv only worked sporadic due to poor wifi. Someone blocked the parking space closest to the condo with a no parking cone so the space was always available to them only. The burner on the stove wasn't connect and would not come on.

Sharon I am sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. We do appreciate your comments. I will replace the pots and pans with a new set. The sofa is not a love seat it is normal size that pulls out to queen size bed. You are correct living room kitchen area is not large. The square feet of condo (806) is posted but I get it, most of us don’t read all the details. I have reported burner into the maintenance department and reached out to our WiFi company to see if they could explain why service not consistent. Parking lot is large and no one is allowed to save spots - I wonder if a guest was given special permission due to a injury. We do appreciate you taking out time to give us feedback. Pamela

This place was nice, clean and quiet. It was lacking with baking supplies such as baking pans/dishes. It says there was a blender and there was not. It states there is room for 6 that is truly just for sleeping. There was only one three seater couch and then the 4 seats for the dinning room table. So no place for 6 people to sit and enjoy chatting, or watching a movie etc overall it was good for us. Again quiet and clean just lacking in a few areas

We were disappointed with our 1st VRBO experience. The door to our unit was unlocked when we got there. Key code given as we parked. No "White Notebook" to explain anything. Never got on the WiFi - nothing posted in kitchen cabinet. Little room for storage of supplies in kitchen. folding door came off where washer/dryer was. An umbrella on patio table would have been nice.

We are disappointed you didn’t enjoy our condo.! Although many VRBOs have notebooks, we put all our information on the website. We are a simple two bedroom two bath with little that needs explanation. Our WiFi information is inside kitchen cabinet door, perhaps I could make it larger. I let housekeeping know that they left door unlocked, thank you for letting me know. We also appreciate the idea of adding umbrella to the patio set. It’s been extremely hot this summer. We do hope you enjoyed Branson and the Ozarks.

The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped with the basic supplies. It was off the beaten path and away from the hustle of the city but still very accessible to area attractions. However, the walls were very thin, allowing you to hear a lot of what was going on with the neighbors, and one night we heard the neighbor's dog barking for 4 hours straight. The host did what was possible to report the issue, but it was very hard to sleep with a dog barking next door.
