When we arrived at the resort, it took 45 minutes for us to stand in line to check in. Then, we got to our unit and our room was on the 4th floor. We go to carry our heavy bags and coolers to the elevator and found out that the elevator wasn't working (nor did it work during our entire stay). So my husband, who had just had surgery 2 weeks prior, lugged our bags, etc up 4 flights of stairs and we go to get into our room and walk into another family who was also booked for our room. Needless to say, we were not very happy with the situation. Besides the situation we had, the room was clean and comfy. The pools and hot tubs were clean also. I wish the heated pool was a tad bit warmer than it was however. I would recommend this place to a friend, and would probably stay again - as long as I knew that the elevators were working!

Branson Time Share Stay

Posted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: Convenience to everything within Branson
Cons: They say they don't pressure you to go to the time share presentation but they won't take no for an answer. Learn that when people say no it means no.
Location: nice restaurants, close to mini golf, the landing and most shows
This was a nice and convenient place to stay if you can take high pressure sales tactics to try to get you to sign up for a time share. Even upon check out they tried again to sell us on listening to the talk and pressure to buy into the time share. For this reason I will not stay at a time share hotel again.

ABSOULTY love the hole place!!

Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: the choice of a indoor or out door pool and all the staff was ready to help
Cons: the directions on how to get there are a little unclear
Location: its in branson mo so ur never without stuff to do but far enough away from the city life to b peaceful
this was one of my most favorite hotel experiences I can think of! the free amenities that they have are enough to keep you buzy all day long!! u have to drive up a street to get to the from the room we had but it was so worth it because the room was literally 30 ft from the lake_the view was amazing_witch u got to enjoy from your very own screened in deck!!! we are planning a trip back there already!!

BEWARE

Posted Jun 12, 2014
Pros: Nice pool
Location: Five minutes or less to the shows in Branson
Someone else was given keys to my room. I have heard of double-booked, but never actually two people in the same room at the same time!

We are very happy to hear you enjoyed our resort’s convenient location and exciting pool area. Our resort is proud to offer an ease of access to the many nearby entertainment options. Regarding your unfortunate room incident, we would like to reassure you that we do take resort security very seriously and this in highly unusual and uncharacteristic of our resort. The Front Desk Agent has been coached regarding this situation, in hopes of no guest in the future having the same experience. We sincerely hope you will provide us the opportunity to welcome you back for a much more enjoyable stay in the near future.

Great Family Place

Posted Jun 11, 2014
This place has a variety of activities for all ages. The pavilion and grills are great for dinner on a nice evening. The only downfall is what to do with your trash. It is very difficult to try and get bags of trash into the small opening receptacles. Also, no marked place for recyclables.

Time Share Gotcha!

Posted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: The mini full kitchen.
Cons: Treat customers - time share and not time share with the same respect. Put families with kids in the same block, add curtains, better towels etc
Location: It's about 20 minutes away from the main street - (where activities are) but drivable.
We booked to stay at this place not a time share potentials but at a regular price. We got there around 3:05pm, we were checked in but refused to give us the keys because we had to wait for 4pm. They sent us to concierge desk for a "gotcha" time share sales pitch, we refused to budge. They were whispers amongst staff that just sealed our wait for 4pm to get the key to the room - no remorse. We were told that check out is 10 am. Our room was ok, but noisy - very noisy. The walls are so thin - (if ever they have walls) that you can actually here a pin drop in the next room - no kidding. The windows have no curtains so you have a lot of light from outside that it's hard to soundly fall sleep. By the time you really try to fall asleep in between the noise and the bright light in your room, it's close to 10am, it's time to check out.

Thank you for submitting your comments regarding your recent stay. We deeply apologize for the multiple difficulties you encountered during your visit including our not being able to assign your family’s units near each other due to our inventory limitations and the noise disturbances that kept you from sleeping soundly. Please know these issues are definitely not how we aspire to host any of our guests. Nice Big room

Posted May 28, 2014
Pros: The nice big rooms
Cons: The room was a bit dated.
Location: Near center of Branson Activity
We really liked our room. It was a resort condo. There was a full kitchen with pots pans and dishes. Dish soap, towels, 1 packet laundry detergent was provided. The living room had the biggest flat screen TV that I've ever seen at a resort. There was also a DVD player. The couch was not comfortable so we used the extra bed pillows.

We are really pleased that you chose to stay at the Suites at Fall Creek, and that the accommodation here had everything you needed for a great vacation. We’re sorry to read your comments about the couch in your accommodation, though – we have an ongoing program of refurbishment and improvement here, and we encourage guests to let the front desk team know if there are any aspects of the resort that they feel are in need of improvement. We hope this didn’t mar an otherwise enjoyable stay here, and that you’ll choose to return in the future – we’d love to see you again!

Will be back!

Posted May 26, 2014
Pros: Secluded and quiet.
Cons: new furniture in the living space. The couch and chairs were stiff and not comfy. There needed to be curtains to darken the bedroom.
Our room was 9.03 which had a balcony overlooking lake Taneycomo. Was very relaxing! The only thing they need to change is the furniture in the living space. The chairs and the couch were very uncomfortable and not good for relaxing and watching TV. The bed was super comfortable though but there needed to be curtains to block out the morning sun.
