We couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. The value for money was amazing considering all the extras that came with our stay - a delicious free breakfast and access to a great gym/pool/sauna. Our room was modern, comfortable and luxurious. The location of the hotel was also perfect as we were able to park our car out front and walk everywhere we needed to go in the city. Would definitely return to this hotel if we came back to Bratislava.
beautiful boutique hotel tucked away on a quiet and treeladen street, wonderful pool and sauna and gorgeous room design. A delight, especially with regards to the wonderful front desk staff - thank you Michal and Elisabeth for your kindness, attentiveness and excellent directions and local suggestions. Can’t wait to come back!
Room was nice and clean but they advertised themselves with a spa area and in reality it was only a sauna and a cold pool. We were informed the sauna wasn’t working and so pool also not available. That was the only reason we picked the hotel. Way too expensive for what it is.
Friendly staff. Breakfast was great - made-to-order omelets and a wide variety of meats, chesses, breads, pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. Lovely hotel. The only downside is the parking. They only have three spaces available.
Great hotel with excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Close to public transport and a fantastic Greek bistro. 15 minute stroll into the old town. Excellent value for money.
We were totally ripped off with the massage
Not only did we have to pay almost twice as much as advertised - there were no changing facilities and the masseur turned up with a fold up bed and set it up in the public pool area - which meant no privacy and no where to change
The oils and water meant I slipped and bruised my ankle
DO NOT HAVE MASSAGE HERE
We also asked reception to order a taxi to get us to a prearranged trip and they sent us to the wrong destination
Lovely little hotel! Really clean, stylish and good location that was a short walk to the centre of Bratislava, Eurovea shopping centre and local shops and cafes. Breakfast was of a good quality and lots of choice. The pool and sauna were a great bonus addition although they were smaller than we expected. The only downsides were that there seemed to be a lot of door slamming at night that kept waking us up; this may have been because we were on the 1st floor. Also we were made to wait to check in but others arrived later and got served before us; this may just be queuing culture vs our British expectations! Overall really enjoyable stay
Charming little hotel. Very clean rooms and pretty spacious too. They have breakfast included, that's a bonus. It's not too far away from the city center. Hotel staff is excellent.
The only thing i would improve is the pool heating.
It wasn't heated when were there or it just wasn't on
We only stayed for a quick overnight before moving on to Venice. The hotel is in a quiet residential area away from the Old Town. The service and facilities were first class. If we had been staying longer we would probably have made use of the pool or spa facilities. Breakfast was a little limited in choice but more than adequate for our needs. I would probably opt to be nearer to the centre of town than here but it was walkable in fifteen to twenty minutes. If you are happy to be a little out of the way then I would recommend here.
The room what we had was prety lovely..clean a tidy..
Nice small all around the hotel.
swimming pool bit small and not very clean the last evening we stayed there..other than that everything perfect..Breakfast menu also very nice
One of the 2 rooms we had reserved was unavailable, so we were upgraded, at no charge, to a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment. Very luxurious and comfortable.
This establishment went out of it's way to be helpful, kind and responsive! Highly recommended!
Really cozy place with great atmosphere in a walking distance to the city centre. The pool area was perfectly clean and really quiet with no people at all - the beauty of staying in boutique hotels.
Hotel was good and clean. My only issue was just the double bed was two single beds pushed together. Apart from that it was perfect. I would deffo stay there again.
