In this Hotel you will have the service of an Airbnb. I booked a refundable room and pay at the property...days ahead of my arrival they started to bombarding with emails asking you to do the check in online...so I did. Then 2 days ahead of my arrival ask me to pay online or they can not secure my room!!!! Even I reserve pay at the property. The more surprise thing no staff in the Hotel...at all. So when you get there they give a code to collect your key...at some point I need to ask for the WiFi code and ring the bell they have on the desk...but no one come to help...I had to send an email to get an answer. The Hotel from outside looks very modern but rooms need an update. On the positive side, rooms are very big and location is good as close to the river....but not restaurants or coffee places around, you have to go towards the city centre...for me wasn't a problem as Bremen is very easy to walk.

Very pretty room with a huge shower
Our room on the top floor was enormous with nice furniture, we were pleasantly surprised especially with the size and style of the bathroom with a huge shower, all so uncommon to see in Germany. No elevator but totally worth it. We didn't try their breakfast as eating next door was way cheaper.

Great little hotel
Small hotel with very friendly staff. My room was huge and the breakfast buffet was excellent. After 10pm there is nobody at reception, and the desk was unmanned at times during the day as well. This didn't bother me, but might be a concern for some. It is just on the outskirts of the main touristy area of Bremen, so very good location overall. There is a bar across from the entrance of the hotel that can get fairly loud if you have a room on that side.
