Very nice holiday home located 200 m from the sea and bike paths, in a quiet condominium with large green areas, heated swimming pool from 15 June to 15 September, 6 tennis courts, 2 table tennis, petanque courts.
Parking spaces on site.
Located 15 minutes walk from the Plage de la Parée (guarded), you will also have in the condominium a small shopping center, a bakery, a butcher-deli-caterer, a creperie and a fast food.
The house consists of a closed bedroom with a 140 bed, an open mezzanine ceiling with a 140 mattress (ideal for children) and a 140 sofa bed in the living room.
The house consists of a living room, a well equipped kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee filter, kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, toaster).
TV in the living room
A bathroom with a shower, hairdryer.
