I was able to stay during their off season for significantly cheaper than other local options. It is a beautiful area and I spent the evening and then early morning in the 18 hole putting green just in front of the room that overlooks the Columbia river. It is a little bit of a drive but well worth it. The inn staff and the server and bartender at the barn eatery were excellent.

This place is gorgeous! We are locals (we live in the Okanogan County, we live in the Methow Valley. We stay here for special occasions: birthdays, New Years Eve) The rooms are so nice with amazing views! The food and service in the restaurant are wonderful. I only left a star off of facility cleanliness, bc when entering the lobby for check in/ check out it smells heavy like cigarette smoke- the last couple times we stayed here. I think the front desk staff may smoke in there or something. Not sure , but other then that the whole place #1the rooms and restaurant are perfect & smells clean & tobacco free. & that is what matters. It is a fabulous place! Just smoke elsewhere staff & it be a 5 star :)

Spacious, quiet room with Western feel with grand views of the Columbia River. Gas fireplaces make the rooms cozy. Staff is friendly and gave us a free upgrade in this low season time which was much appreciated. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

This place was GORGEOUS!!! We had planned to stay at the casino, but they had no rooms and boy am I glad. This place was beautiful and the staff was friendly. My only "complaint" is that the shower is very slippery and there's nothing to hold on to. But otherwise, great place, would stay again (as long as it's off season, in season rates are too pricey for me!)

Nice remote property with Awesome views,modern rooms, but the onsite restaurant, food was terrible. Its a shame that the owner hasn't realized that without good food all the other positive things ate meaning less.

The Inn at Gamble Sands is a hidden treasure. Our room was beautifully appointed with a fireplace and large shower. Every room has a spectacular view of the hills and the Columbia river. There are also many places to sit outdoors to enjoy the peaceful view. All of the staff, especially Katherine, was super friendly and helpful.

Dining option was very limited. Breakfast, as promised to be included as a continental arrangement in the entry lounge, was not available. Upon check in, the staff person seems very disinterested, did not provide basic information about dining options, breakfast or ice availably. When arriving for breakfast, we found one staff member laying on the couch, watching tv, feet draped over the armrest. No continental breakfast set up as promised. BAD MANAGEMENT AND STAFF TRAINING on a property that has excellent potential to be a real 5 star resort.

The staff at this place is first class. All Gamble Sands branded beer and liquor is amazing. Riley specifically was one of the nicest people I’ve met. He also makes the best beef jerky ever, which you can purchase at the outpost.

Pool was not operating in the middle of summer and not notification given when booking. Only restaurant on property was extremely hot because their air conditioning was broken. Not acceptable for a hotel at this price point.

We had a wonderful overnight getaway. It was just what we were looking for. It was peaceful, quiet, and restful. The views are amazing. The staff was wonderful. Danny Boy Bar & Grill has delicious food! Highly recommend!

The property and view were spectacular!!! A great value in the Winter and the mountains with the snow WOW. The room was like new, the design and decor were on point. The fireplace made it cozy and the deck for taking pics and relaxing.... The staff were prompt and friendly. We definetely will be back!

Check in experience: one of the most smooth and painless I’ve been a part of Views: to freaking die for On site bar/reataurant: holy crapola try the steak. Shower: epic Slept: like a rock. The room had a fireplace and we weren’t even anticipating it! Every employee we encountered was out of this world nice. I wish we would’ve taken the time to check out the fire pit because it looked absolutely awesome. We came here on a random, point at a map and go type whim and I cannot be more pleased that this is where we ended up. We will 100% be making the 6 hour drive to come back here when the snow has melted.
