Lovely People, Nice little hotel!
I had a weeks stay here at short notice over Christmas. The team here are incredibly helpful and can provide useful information on the local area and activities. The standards of cleanliness are very good, I have stayed in 4 star hotels that did not maintain such levels. I believe based on the modernisation downstairs that this could turn into a hidden gem with suffice support.

Lovely hotel in good location with good access
Absolutely lovely hotel with wonderful manager who was very helpful and kindly helped me by speaking English. Hotel located right next to old town (less than five minute walk). Bus stop to take bus to gondolas to go up to ski fields was a three minute walk from the hotel. Hotel gave a free bus pass, too, for the entire time of my stay. Breakfast was simple but good. Hotel room very clean, quiet, comfortable with toiletries refreshed every day. Magnificent view from my room. Just a note, though, for those accessing the hotel from the train station, you will need to catch the bus to Champ de Mars carpark next to old town or catch a taxi. Its about 1.5km from the train station and up a steep hill as its next to the old town. It cost me 10 euro for a taxi and 2 euro extra for help with luggage. Book the taxi the night before when you leave as I made the mistake of leaving it until the morning of departure. The lovely manager managed to sort my taxi problem, for which I am very grateful, but it could have ended with me missing my train. Book the night before! Overall a fabulous place to stay. Bring your ice-grips for your shoes if you venture into the old town and up the forts. Very slippery!

Very close to the Fortress!
This was a stop en route to Turin. It was easy to find and a close walk (2 minute) to the fortress at Briancon. It had a great wifi connection AND television with stations in English! The hotel was OK for the price and it had a speculative view and an accommodating host. However we could hear the water pipes, hair dryer and anyone walking or talking around us.

Excellent accueil par des personnes qui vous conseillent très bien sur les visites à faire dans la région,depuis L’Hotel visite de la vieille ville à 5 minutes à pied,bien agréable de ne pas devoir prendre la voiture,places de parc pour voitures et motos en suffisance petit déjeuner à volonté avec un bon choix de bons produits Côté chambre un peut vieillotte mais confortable des fenêtres bien isolantes pas de bruits matelas confortable mais les oreillers sont bien fatigué 😢 la salle de bain petite mais bien agencée ,pour moi le seul bémol durant mon séjour est les traces de moisissures dans la cabine de douche ,mais je pense qu’il s’agit d’un problème qui peut être résolut facilement

proprété de la chambre, personnel, emplacement, rapport qualité/prix, confort de la chambre... une seul mot PARFAIT!!!! une seule chose à rajouter: en cette période de fermeture des restaurant, le personnel rechauffe généreusement la nourriture sur la demande des clients, mais peut-être la mise à disposition de micro-onde à la réception nous éviterait de les déranger!

Magnifique Panorama
Le personnel est très serviable et fournit de précieux renseignements. L'hôtel est bien situé, avec un magnifique Panorama. Les serviettes sont un peu vieilles et le Wifi trop capricieux.

Hotel situato appena fuori Briancon sulla strada che scende dal Monginevro. Struttura datata con zona colazione rimodernata ed il resto della struttura/locali in ordine ma mostrano segni degli anni. Posto auto all'aperto e non custodito. Rimessaggio bici in un locale cantina/labiratorio.

Niente relax!
Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni sperando nella tranquillità di briancon invece in breve camera super rumorosa in tutti i sensi sentivi anche il vicino andare in bagno avevamo la stanza in cima alle scale e ogni persona che entrava o usciva si sentiva parlare o i passi si sentiva il letto di quello di sopra la gente che chiacchierava all’ingresso dell’albergo x anche le finestre facevano poco nulla. ColaZione cara per il poco che offriva 9€ a persona. Non capito poi perché sul foglio prezzi la camera costava 70€ notte mentre noi abbiamo pagato 79€ notte più tassa di soggiorno . Altra pecca va bene essere un 2 stelle ma appunto perché si è in mezzo al nulla lasciare un mini servizio fai da te se uno volesse un caffè o un the la notte sarebbe gradito invece dopo le 21.30 il deserto.

Arrivée à Briançon,nous trouvons le cristol facilement.Bon accueil et parking réservé,en façe.Visite de la cité historique,jolie,intéressante.Un petit tour jusqu'à Sestrière,retour avec arrêt et repas à Césana;Le Ginesta,très beau cadre,propreté et accueil irréprochable,bon rapport qualité/prix.Puis visite de la vallée de la Clarée,superbe avec déjà les très belles couleurs d'automne.Court séjour mais très réussi,avec météo excellente! Nous reviendrons pour un séjour plus long,il y a tellement à visiter dans ce secteur!
