Perfect Choice
The cabin was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was available! The hot tube was a plus. Ready to use upon arrival. The location is perfect. You will not go wrong choosing this cabin for your next vacation!

Property was easy to find since it’s the first one off the main road. The cabin was nice and had a rustic feel to it. I will admit it was smaller than I expected by the pictures but we all had a place to sleep so it worked. The master bathroom shower was a little rough looking but not a deal breaker since it was only a few days. Check in was a breeze and lots of communication from the owners via email and phone calls. It is a short drive to restaurants and a casino about 15 mins away. All in all I would say it was a nice get away for my family

Lovely cabin, poor communication
We rented this cabin for the hot tub - which died after 20 minutes of use. We called the number provided - they acted extremely irritated with us. Someone was sent the next day to check on the hot tub - after a few hours of not hearing anything, we called and they informed us that they could not fix it. Then the next day the wifi went out - whenever we called they responded "What do you want us to do about it?". Overall, cabin was great. But will not be staying with this group again.

they overloaded the hot tub got water on electrical motors Let it dry for 2 days operated as should. call me a 9;30 at night

Great location
Juniper Haven was a great spot for us to stay for our weekend in Broken Bow! It was an easy drive to the lake, the night life, & great restaurants. We submitted a concern late Friday night and help was provided before noon on Saturday. The host was kind & professional in their communication. The home slept 6 in beds & our other 2 guests were on the couch and loveseat - which worked for us. Extra linens were not available but we made do with pillows & blankets from the beds since the queen in the spare room had multiple of each.

We enjoyed our stay. There does need to be some outside lighting for night time hours. Also, we could not get fire place to start. Other than those minor detail, the cabin was wonderful.

Overall we were really pleased! The house is beautiful and has amenities not listed in the ad (hot tub, swing set, & upstairs loft). I think it could use a more detailed cleaning but other than that, it was great! We’d stay here again. The property managers are wonderful & easy to deal with too.

Great Cabin. Very pretty and very clean. Also the proximity to town was great. The only bad thing I have to say (of you can even call it bad) is that it’s right next to the main road going through town and with all the traffic, it’s pretty noisy. Other than that is was awesome.

Cabin
Hot tub was great need steps to get in or out. Place was clean. Need new pans since couldn’t get black build up off old ones. Dishwasher is very noisy. Loader than tv. Washer and dryer worked well. Gas fireplace was nice. Maintenance repaired broken outlet nex day. Three or more bulbs need to be replaced . Need instructions to match on email website and book left in cabin.
