All new appliances in the kitchen in 2022, a fully renovated bathroom and two large rooms with an extra roll-out cot. This house is within walking to downtown, Pioneer Park, the movie theater, campus, and sits right off of 6th Street for easy access to many local shops and restaurants.

Good stay
This place was perfect for our stay. My SDSU daughter had surgery and we came here to recover. We were welcomed by nicely scooped sidewalks. We were also able to extend our stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower was perfect. The host was great to work with and talk to.

What an adorable property! Love the vintage feel with modern touches. The location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown and close to campus. Will definitely stay again when I go to visit my daughter who has decided to go to SDSU!!

Top-notch experience, polite and accurate communication combined with an cozy and well-located house. We were there for just the weekend visiting a wedding in Sinai but We wish We could have stayed longer. This listing had absolutely everything We needed, down to laundry detergent. A week in Brookings
This is a fairly quiet, older home that while not offering a lot of amenities, does make it easy to get around town. If you just need a quiet place to crash at night that is not a hotel room, then this may be a good selection for you.
